It cannot be considered as valid but need more information to understand that at what time it drop, for how many seconds or minutes, what was total time of sterilization and at what location it went low and at how many locations it went low
In SIP, usual practice is to set 1 bar pressure and 0.1 bar reduction is allowed after 30 minutes of hold. Unlike autoclave, in SIP, pressure is maintained after SIP throughout before filtration is started hence there is no ingress of non-sterile air in vessel.

500L vessel yes steam trap is there off inch diameter sensor is placed horizontal to the line
Line length is not sure may be 3/4 feets
During operation When temperature drop on 121 so in case sip cycle valid or not

Sir what is the leak rate value in sip ... In our company the acceptance limit 0.20 bar that is higher then autoclave why ??
