  • Mykhailo Mudryk and Reece James both played an important role for Chelsea in their win today.
Mudryk opened the scoring, while James assisted Nicolas Jackson’s late winner.
At full time, there was a moment between the two of them which an eagle-eyed fan noticed.
Mudryk had James in an embrace, and seemed to say “he’s back, he’s back” to his captain to celebrate James’ return to action. There was good vibes all around at full time - how could there not be after a late comeback to win?
Many fans have lost patience with the winger, who has had some bad games and doesn’t always show the most focused attitude on the pitch either, but moments like this will make him a lot more popular and show his human side clearly. If he can keep scoring goals as he did today, that will help too.
Pochettino said sometimes the media will misunderstand and misquote you because they want attention. He feels the news going around about him is as a result of him been too honest.
He expressed his joy to have talented players like Reece James back and highlighted the impact their experience brings. Pochettino believes given more games, Reece James might easily qualify to join England in the euros.
