Thats why u gotta get paid by the hour. My pops do this (im about to start too) and he be happy when there aint no allocation, it's basically free money and a waste of time driving to different racks
@@jr5.o100 yeah I dont agree neither, pay by the hour you get a set amount you could make but by the load you could make more depending on how the company pay for the loads
@@TheMoeeShow Nah because load pay is rigged. It’s still based on time as you clearly mentioned several times. Load pay is another form of mileage pay. You think a company gonna pay you $100 a load if you can do 10 loads a day? The load rate would be less.
@@pacman4937 all these companies try to keep you around the same rate tbh, so they all would be the same. But by the load you’d be working harder to make the less than hourly one week and more the next. So it really just equals out but you’d be working harder cause you trynna move a little bit faster which really ain’t good
When I was with eagle it was always like that with me also. Never allocations. Going to different terminals trying to find fuel. Just keep track of your stopoffs and detention time. Don't give away money!! The company I'm with now we have a long list of suppliers and back up suppliers so we don't have to call. Just keep it moving.

🤣🤣 really tho
Appreciate the heads up, trying to do fuel hauling
He’s right tho. Per hour is the way to go if you have experience. If not the per hour companies won’t touch you.
