Nahi kyoki WhatsApp pura ek naam hai joki ek English word se hai or wo ek app hai toh WhatsApp app hi khate hai. WhatsApp ke piche App hai toh uska matlab application nahi hai.

Yes they can send you messages but for you to see it, you need to open your lock chat of not you will not know you have a message
