Ive found that like when you're unproductive, you kinda have nothing to do so you seek instant gratification like reels and stuff to kinda just pass the time so you can like restart the cycle of your routine
the following day, but when youre left doing nothing, old desires start coming up, that's when you get tempted to indulge in worldy acts and fall into temptation.

my experience: I grinded for about 9 months, university + school. just a few days ago I installed a game that I had last played maybe 2 or 3 years ago, and I have eaten some plant based food as well. I feel like my body is getting some rest and recovery, rest from just playing and not doing something all the time, and also not eating so much meat. now that I have given myself good recovery, I can slowly start picking up the pace. Taking care of your health is super important too.

I feel the same. The cause of this is my Work right now, i have no Fun at all, im trying to quiet at do something else where i can express my real Hardwork and comitment. Im 22 right now and its going quiet good (besides Work). I read alot, i learn spanish cause i want to knowledge a third Language. I do Calisthenics about 28 Months right now and im on a new high. I learned how to invest and it works, and i love it. For all you out there, i wish you all the best and keep going Improving yourself. Motivation is bullshit, Disciplin is the Real way to Sucess.

Heyy ! I’m a new subscriber ! Social media is ( was) one of my idols I literally just deleted the apps off my phone today. I do plan on getting them back when I feel like I’m getting back on track but when I do I will be adding restrictions on my apps and even then I don’t want to use the full capacity of my limits. The mindless scrolling is so detrimental to my mind I could be using my time so much more intentionally . But all in all I loved the video and it was very inspiring ❤

it is a nice idea. I did kind of experiment with myself by deleting instagram and tik tok as well as games like pubg.
it's been 3 months, never felt so good.
but the thing is that after a while I started to watch a lot of youtube videos and shorts instead. and it's just the same thing, but doing it elsewhere. so we need to look at the root. it is something deeper why you watch these videos again and again and do not do things that you need to do.

Yeah bro, gotta limit distractions. But even when I do, like I have no idea on what to do after I've exercised, I sometimes like write or stuff but I don't even know if that's like my God-given purpose or how to like find out what he has in store for me, or what I should really be doing with my time. But like I'm only 15 so maybe I've gotta be patient.
At only 15 you've got the right mindset. Don't give up on God's commandments, keep pouring into healthy habits. when it's time to rest, rest!

You're 15 and thinking this way.. when i was 15 everything was going extremely downhill lol. I can tell you're on the right path, cultivating the right habits. If you find yourself with nothing to do, allow yourself to be bored, like let your mind wander and discover things you might be interested in. Let it run its course and watch how bulbs light up

Crazy that this video popped up for me, yesterday I deleted every social media platform, lately I've been feeling that same way and also doing all the wrong things when I knew what I should've been doing. I realized I couldn't control myself with those things and those things served no purpose in my life it just made useless addictions that I didn't see for so long. It's crazy because since I deleted that social media folder on my phone my finger goes to that exact spot even tho its not there that just made me realize even more how much of a problem that was.

what advice would you give to young people if they want to move from their parents house ? because when u over 18 our parents just can be annoying and complaining about us . this shit mentally drains me , for example im 19 y.o and mym mom wants to move to anothe city jsut for my sibling college and i dont wanna move ! i just refuse to move and she been acting like crazzzyyy bruh im about to move but idk what steps should i take

Work two jobs if you’re not in school or going to college. If you’re in college- go for a good degree not something dumb, if you have no idea what to study in then don’t go. Go find two jobs, hit the gym, stack your bread until you figure it out. Stay busy- don’t go find a girl to lock down yet. Trust me bro. Once you save like 10/20 racks then, drop a job keep one and learn a valuable skill. I moved out at 21 doing this- I’m 29 and got a crib, car, motorcycle, got wifey now- no kids we chilling money and credit is good. But don’t waste time bro. I’m telling you.
