I'm so happy. 🥹🥰 I'm 46 years old, and yet this episode had me giggling like a teenager. It shows just how great a writer Quimchee is. What a milestone. It really is the very last moment of innocence for all of them, isn't it? Of course, their innocence has been eroding away for quite some time, some more than others, but this...this is the last moment. After this, all childish things must be put away. Of course, there's a difference between childish and childlike. It's like molting. It doesn't fall off all at once, but there's always a point where it's the very last time for: ____ whatever that is. And it hurts, but it's good pain.🐤🍊❤️

This episode was too sweet 🥰😭😭 Like as a long time stalkyoo shipper all I’m used to is angst and they’re flirting in here and then they danced and it’s so fluffy and sure, there was a bit of angst at the end but still!!! My mental stability right now? nonexistent.
Obviously, the highlight for me in this episode was when Shin-Ae and Nol held hands, or "hand danced", then actually danced, and then him embracing her. Like you said, waves of emotions. 🥹 However, the other moment that I really enjoyed was seeing Soushi there as well. I mainly mention him because while Dieter was always a genuine friend of Nol's, we were all suspicious of Soushi's friendship since he kept rejecting his help, but accepted payment from Kousuke to befriend Nol. Thankfully, over time, he appeared to have a genuine concern for Nol's well-being and to have Nol as a friend. I wish I were friends with this whole group.
Yes! The finger dancing thing was so freaking cute 😭 I love this soft intimacy between them ♥ it is also nice to see Soushi! I think this very clearly cements Soushi as a genuine friend to Nol. Sure, it's a bit of a complicated situation, but he clearly cares about him a lot. They really do make a nice group of friends ☺
This chapter was my favorite episode out of all the chapters I read for I Love Yoo. I swear Nolly is getting a subtle crush on Shinae and Vice versa for her. The fact shinae made Nolan blush twice in the span of 3 chapters. Plus the ways he stares at her, with those eyes during this episode. I love their relationship they are each others safe harbor and home. They are so at peace and the finger dancing with the music from Cloud Cover during that scene, had me tearing up. The development from their relationship is so beautiful and wonderful. Am I biased or am I biased, or is intimacy between them becoming slightly romantic. The fact she let him touch her scar and rest his head on the shoulder. There is this intimacy in their relationship that so good, I thought when shinae was finger dancing I thought she was wanting to hold hands. Man, everything with chemistry between these two is perfect, and Alyssa could never. 😂 However, I feel bad for Dieter, while her relationship with Dieter is absolutely cute but the chemistry between stalkyoo is astronomical. The friendship from the friend group was sweet, I hope this chapter will silence the group who doubted Soushi, he is a real one, also best boy Dieter. The viagra ad was so funny but I couldn’t help but take it as a subtle hint to the tension between Nolly and Shinse but that could just be me reaching.
YES! I just love how soft and intimate this chapter was. Nol and Shin-Ae just have such a beautiful bond. I think they absolutely are both developing romantic feelings hehe :3 but really I just love the atmosphere of this chapter. So serene, with moments of joy sprinkled in between. It's such a beautiful chapter. I agree that Shin-Ae and Dieter are cute, but Shin-Ae and Nol are just on a whole other level. Also agreed about Soushi. Although the nature of his relationship with Nol may be complicated, he's a real one ♥

I can’t help but wonder if ducks are the reference to “The Catcher in the rye”. As the main theme there is overcoming past trauma and the main character has been in mental facility there too. There is the episode when Holden (MC) asks someone where do the ducks go when the winter comes. As I remember it is often interpreted as the symbol of changing (the time goes on, the seasons change and the ducks return) So the “seasons” change for Nolan and now there are 2 ducks in his pond from Dieter and Soushi. Maybe I’m diving too deep but this thought makes me so happy I wanna cry😅
Ooooo! That definitely could be a reference to Catcher in the Rye! It would certainly make sense thematically, and I think it also kinda conveys Nol's sadness and sense of loss. The season change winter comes and goes, summer, spring, fall, and Nessa is still gone. That will remain a constant, but just as you said, the seasons are gradually beginning to change for Nol as he opens up his heart to the people who care about him ♥
I was genuinely surprised with Nol's bold advances. It's understandable seeing as he'll be leaving soon and wants these little selfish moments, but, Dieter is right there. We know for a fact that our german boy is claimed as one of the most observant characters in this story. So, if there is a possibility that Dieter is not actually asleep, then I wonder how this will affect him in the long run? Idk, could I be overthinking?
I love bold Nol hehehe 🤭 there's definitely the possibility that Dieter will see them together, but I honestly think he'll handle it with grace. He'll probably be a little sad, but I think he really values his relationships with both Nol and Shin-Ae, so I feel he won't take it personally.

It’s like I’m sitting in a garden where the seasons, the weather, the time of day changes, and I’m looking at the flower bed where the plant begins to form. How it sprouts out of the ground as it becomes bigger, taller, stronger and more beautiful. As the leaves and now BUDS appear. How they forming, how they fill up with color. It all takes time, but it’s so beautiful that words cannot convey.
