We have been suffering from an issue with giving tickets. This is currently being fixed.
The map you were on is slightly outdated and therefore won’t be up to our current standards.
This was an issue with the aircraft we don’t usually experience. We have only had this with the A320neo.
We are in the process of revamping & redesigning our food offerings.
We are understaffed due to the lack of members in the server and we are actively looking for staff at the moment.
I have leased the A320neo from International Air and I am one of their staff. Echo aircraft are normally glitchy. We hope you review us again maybe on our A220.
