Thanks for this incredible tips of meditation I have been trying for last 1year to do mediation but sometimes I get disturbed somehow n then not able to do meditate to stable my mind, calm my mind, I was doing with u what u were saying and the feeling was great that I felt while doing that .... Sir,I have been practicing meditation, breath excercises,Surya namaskaram most of the day morning for two years.But I couldn't do meditation correctly.Today onwards I will try these techniques to do meditation correctly.
