I use tubular bandages like the ones used for making casts and duct tape. Stuff works great especially if you have meaty calves like I do.
This is very cool! Very well made!
Also if you can get them, get a pair of EMT/Paramedic scissors they are more safe to use than regular fabric shears.
Thats awesome i just made some sockforms myself but since my feet are quite large so after i cut the form apart i cant lay it flat to trace itdo you have a trick for that? I thought about putting reliefe cuts in but then i would lose the extra surface area. Any tips would be much appreciated ❤️

Thank you for this video. The notes about lines and such were helpful. I wonder if this can be done with plaster tape (or would that end up too thick & heavy?)
Will that sort of box fit two sock molds (in case someone has one foot bigger than the other or slightly different shaped)?
I do like that this includes the way the top of the foot is formed. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit the top of my foot properly as my foot is thicker.
I'm headed over to your ShopKnight channel next.
The plaster question is what I'm curious of, too
Hello, I am Rachid from Morocco. I have 18 years of experience dealing with Shoelast. I am looking for factories that need a workforce in this field.
How do I make an order? Where do I go? When are your price ranges? I want to have a pair of shoes made.
