Hi everyone. I am experimenting with using captions in my videos. Statistics show that many people watch videos on their mobile phones on mute. Let me know if the captions are helpful or distracting.

Hi Veronica - how do you offer this service on a video call? Are they navigating through QBO for you? Or do you get temporary access to their file through QBOA to take control of the process? Do you have any issues requesting QBO access from those who aren't yet officially clients? I tried your 15-minute view last week with a prospect, and I thought it was a great overview, but I didn't get all the way through the list because the client is a "squirrel" and we got stuck discussing her many issues.

You can do it via Zoom while the client navigates for you.
Same comment as my prior response to you - it sounds like you are attracting the wrong clients. Do not allow a client to be a squirrel and do not allow them to take up your time discussing their many issues. You need to be in control of the conversation.

@@5MinuteBookkeeping Thanks, Veronica. I definitely need to get more confident and strict with my meeting agenda. The conversation was relevant to her business the entire time, but I wasn't able to complete my checklist, so it was less useful than the time should have been.

What's the price range you charge for the paid diagnostic? How long does it usually take you to complete a paid diagnostic.

The diagnostic starts at $500. I don't focus on how long it takes to do a diagnostic since I focus on the value provided to the client - which is my expert analysis of their books, a report of my findings, and a meeting to go over my findings.

@@5MinuteBookkeeping But RUclips automatically provides caption for the viewer if they click the CC button. Doing it this way doesn't give us the option not to see them.
