Yes, but he could’ve also broken bones that could’ve punctured and damaged his organs, and other vital bodily sources. He also could’ve hit his head, causing brain damage or severe concussion. The aftermath could’ve resulted in death if not treated properly or at all. See my point of view now? :)

I'm from Russia and I'm shocked after watching the first moment (0:00 - 0:44). There are a lot of Russian words in this scene and all of them are dubbed awfully in the Russian version of the game. Yes, you heard it right, Russian voices are better in the English version than in the Russian version. Russian characters have a noticeable American accent in the English version of the game, but overall the voices are so clean and the volume was set up perfectly. You can actually believe that it is a character talking, you know how far away this character is, etc. It's not an undefined voice from who knows where, as in the Russian version.
This is why I play games with the original voices and with Russian subtitles. Russian dubs today are a bit better than before, but not always. Ubisoft games for example are always translated awfully, both dubs/subs. There's a lot of games and movies which are translated very well though, but you can't tell before you try, so it's better not to try at all. But if a game doesn't allow you to change language and forcing you to play it translated due to a region limitations, then you're screwed.
