- SYCAMORE CANYON CLIFF DWELLINGS - FINALLY FOUND EM (2nd attempt). The first time we went there the gps took us to the wrong location about a mile or so away. Bad .gpx file location. It was getting late and we were not prepared to be there after dark....so we had to turn back around.
Then a couple of weeks later...here we are and finally found them (we got exact coordinates this time)...We started in Jerome AZ, made our way to Perkinsville and hiked up some rough terrain and ultimately found the Cliff Dwellings. Hope you guys enjoy the Adventure.

We hiked 16 miles round trip down into the canyon at the trailhead and up, out of the canyon where the water ended to these ruins. It was a workout!
Did that twice. This was before GPS. Everything was word of mouth and not on any touristy maps.

My uncle lived in that cliff dwelling for about a year 50 years ago. Not many knew of it then.
This place looks awesome, I would love to visit that site.

So depending on the weather conditions as far as being washed out, there is a very walkable trail that leads right up to them and as you get to the climbing part there will be a sign about a half mile in
Don't put the coordinates to this online. Some jackass will go destroy it thanks to you. All so you can be cool in a video, really.
