“It’d be funny if this town just existed in multiple dimensions for different villains to have their turn with” Me (professor hidgens voice): you’re not far off *boops nose*
I don’t consider it a spoiler so I will clarify something, each musical takes place in a different dimension. As for the villain part, the black and white dimension exists outside of these alternate universes, so anytime you see wiggly from Black Friday, it’s the same wiggly. And you’re correct that he’s not the only one who inhabits the black and white. After watching the first episode of Nightmare Time you did get a taste of that with watcher world. Blinky is watching.

Oh no yeah Joey is absolutely hilarious in this number, he's so into it's great I always end up watching him in the background instead of professor hidgens hahaha
I always figured Greg and Stew were the professors real friends from college, like he wrote the musical working boys about how much he misses the people he went to college with. I also assumed the line “that’s not Greg” was meant in the same way the professor said it wasn’t charlotte it’s the creature they used to call charlotte, the aliens had taken over Greg so it wasn’t Greg anymore. But just like the aliens used Sam to get to charlotte they chose the professors friends to get to him. Also the line “last week feels like ages ago” always gets me.

Now you've seen the origin of those lines that got such a big reaction from the Black Friday audience. 😁

I always assumed that Professor Hidgens based Working Boys off of his real life, and the guys that come in are the real college friends he had that he based the characters in his musical on
That is correct. Pokey, likely, reanimated his friends' corpses and that's who showed up to "convert" Hidgens. Since, by that point, they had revealed that Pokey has to kill someone before he can convert them, I just assumed he could take an already dead person and reanimate them.

You should probably know first of all that a lot of Starkid fans vehemently despise Rowling’s current stances, to the point that many of us tend to regard AVPM as the “real” HP. The thing about some of her current stances is that she tries to relate them to what she wrote decades ago in HP.
