My banking group premises are to close next June and my actual bank does not have any branches in Scotland so I will have to travel 90+ miles to my nearest branch just over the border, always assuming that is even still open. Why should we have to go digital with everything. I personally prefer face to face communication when at a bank. They are destroying normality and these bank checks are no different than a stranger walking up to you and saying let me see in your bag, let me see in your purse. this is tyranny dressed up as safety.
