This guys a true warrior! So inspiring of how he started, getting where he is now, fighting fight per fight and facing the repercussions of that and being able to get back up from all of it. Even though ive never went through what he has, i can still feel how incredibly tolling it is on your spirit and taxing it is on your body. Love you drew and hope you see my message, if not plz pass it on to him. Whenever i feel defeated or depressed, i think of your journey and videos and i am reminded to fight for my life.

I actually worked security for sheamus one time and we ended up working out. Dude is not that strong for his appearance but his cardio is phenomenal. That's why he looked at the camera after Drew's first 6 reps of 315 like "do not ask me to do that"

DT Moore ur not supposed to lock out during ur reps, only when you finish ur set. Locking out repeatedly will hurt you and fuck your joints up, though I will say Drew was not going high enough on each press he was very close though
honestly I think only his first set was too low. Almost like his form got progressively “better” as it went on.
Shade 2727 sometime that happens, as some people warm up they get better control of their form and range of motion
