    Thank you. I have gone onto the CDC website to educate myself on the importance of botulism. I am a newer canner however, I grew up helping my mom can. Now we have all kinds of information at our fingertips. So many want to scare folks to death. I am very thankful you made this podcast. I was not confident in my preserving ways. Now I feel more confident. I am all about changing my brain and this helped me do just that. Thank you.
