Video is great, but... Correct translations is.
0:50 "neither of which is dissasembly". Word "разборка" in russian means the both "dissasembly" and "fight", so, correct translation is "What a fight!"
at 1:19 is like:
"like Savrasov's "Rooks
have arrived", we're rescuing". This is the reference to the A. Savrasov's painting "The Rooks have arrived".
at 1:33 "that when i land i'll quit"
"not to drop my 200th payload"
Correct translation of these words are:
"When i'm landing, i'm resigning"
"Not to be the 200th payload" (200th payload - dead soldier)
After that, at 1:36:
"Why the hell i've went to Kacha" (Kacha - one of the most famous military aviation colleges in Russia)
Also, the Ulyanovsk is the reference to the Ulyanovsk Civil Aviation Institute, one of the two CA institutes in whole Russia, second - in Pulkovo (Saint-Petersburg)
2:11 "VPU" is the "встроенная пушечная установка" - the main gun of plane, so, better to translate this as "main gun"
2:24 "i wouldn't be here today"
The correct translation is "i wouldn't be in report today", cause "сводка" is the report about 200s in army.
2:30. "an exhausted BK"
BK - cutback from "боекомплект" - ammo load, so.
"an exhausted ammunition" is better.

The Sukhoi Su-25 Grach (Russian: Грач (rook); NATO reporting name: Frogfoot) is a subsonic, single-seat, twin-engine jet aircraft developed in the Soviet Union by Sukhoi. It was designed to provide close air support for Soviet Ground Forces. The first prototype made its maiden flight on 22 February 1975. After testing, the aircraft went into series production in 1978 in Tbilisi in the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic.
Early variants included the Su-25UB two-seat trainer, the Su-25BM for target-towing, and the Su-25K for export customers. Some aircraft were upgraded to the Su-25SM standard in 2012. The Su-25T and the Su-25TM (also known as the Su-39) were further developments, not produced in significant numbers. The Su-25, and the Su-34, were the only armoured, fixed-wing aircraft in production in 2007.[1] Su-25s are in service with Russia, other CIS members, and export customers. Production of the Su-25 ended in 2017 in Russia[2] and 2010 in Georgia.[3] Attempts continue to be made to restart production in Georgia using partially completed airframes,[4] but as of June 2022 no new deliveries have been reported.
Since entering service more than 41 years ago, the Su-25 has seen combat in several conflicts. The type was heavily involved in the Soviet-Afghan War, flying counter-insurgency missions against the Afghan Mujahideen. The Iraqi Air Force employed it against Iran during the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq War. Most Iraqi examples were later destroyed or flown to Iran in the 1991 Persian Gulf War. The Georgian Air Force used Su-25s during the Abkhazian war from 1992 to 1993. The Macedonian Air Force used Su-25s against Albanian insurgents in the 2001 Macedonian conflict and, in 2008, Georgia and Russia both used Su-25s in the Russo-Georgian War. African states, including the Ivory Coast, Chad, and Sudan have used the Su-25 in local insurgencies and civil wars. Recently, the Su-25 has seen service in the Russian intervention in the Syrian Civil War, the clashes of the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh War, and on both sides in the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.[5]

"Zemlya" means land in Russian, the author means ground services, the commander that gives him orders, you could just translate it, and not write it as if it was the name of something. You also have a mistake on 1:34 the singer saying "Чтоб мне, я двухсотый груз" the first part is just a swear word, and the second means that he does not want to die, this is the reason for his thoughts about quit, which he mentions earlier. "200 груз" or 200 cargo is the designation in the Russian army of a dead soldier in a zinc coffin in the documents, but soldiers call any dead person or even something broken like this.
Btw, a great video as always, every output of another masterpiece on this channel pleases me, and this case especially the Su-25 is my favorite plane irl.
Also “arbuz” is a play on words since it means watermelon and airbus (chunky compared to the SU-25). BK is an abbreviation for ammunition load, and VPU is an abbreviation for the 30mm cannons on the nose.
@@lord_of_potatoes you're a little wrong gun on his nose is ГШ-30-2 and ВПУ (VPU) is "Взлетно-посадочные устройства" or take-off and landing devices. Also i know about watermelon joke I just decided it wasn't important enough to mention. And the part about БК i didnt noticed lol, I was busy watching video, I was distracted by subtitles only in those moments where they could potentially make a mistake.

I have recently found the song and listened to it. Glad to see it being used in such a great cinematic piece. There are some parts of the song translation which aren't the best, mostly due to the words/sentences being slangs that Russians use. Overall tho, very good!

0:51 I have never seen this part being translated correctly. "Neither of which" is a literal translation of idiom "ничего себе"(something like wow), and "disassembly" is a literal translation of "разборки", so I think the correct translation would be "Wow, what a showdown".

My love for this aircraft just keeps getting stronger ever since I first seen one in the Classic Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis doing rocket runs on US tank colums over Everons hills, then ARMA 2 dropping FABs in cherno forests filled with rebels and now WT (where I try to attack ground AI only to have 4 sweaty F-5CS chase me :((.)

В свое время во флешпоинт никак не мог понять, почему у нас такой непрезентабельный самолёт, архаичный. Как ил-2, только турбовентеляторный. Но полётав на нем там, я понял, насколько это грозная машина. Правда там у него были более реальные задачи, нежели в тундре. Работать по колоннам и позициям противника, под огнём стингеров было весело

400 - suffered shell-shock (контузия) or captured POW
500 - medicine, sometimes 500 means deserter
600 - something very big, bulky cargo
700 - something expensive. Money or gold or smth
800 - special weapons. Chemical and etc
Fun fact : Many countries preferred this aircraft to the A10 because the A10 at the time was designed to be an expendable ground attack jet, so it's too rugged and it lack advanced instruments. However, many countries who wanted the SU25 were not able to get it and it was a bit costly, so Brazil made a propeller equivalent based on SU25 idea which is the TA29 Super Tucano.
and also A-10s, like the F-22s, were never exported to any country on earth

@@Leonardo_Wilian That's what the Ukrainian wanted to buy before the war started. Now they're buying more drones and considering to buy A10 as well. When fighting separatist rebels, TA29 is great but SU25 and A10 will be more useful when things go horribly wrong.

I have been playing Warthunder with the SU-25 and I love it. That plane is pretty beastly. It kinda depends if Gaijin bestows you with the powers of Stalinium really but sometimes I'll shrug off a missile hit or gun burst and manage to limp back to the airfield or get another vehicle or base kill. I know the damage models aren't super accurate if at all and it's a bit slow but damn it's one hell of a plane if you know what you're doing.
