Yes. If you look at AR 25-50, on pages 30 and 32 there are examples on when you could have multiple signatures. I’ve seen it commonly done when you need 2 signatures. So you add 2 signatures blocks on the right on top of each other (with the proper spacing of course).

Yea don’t use it that’s the trick. It is easier with Word. You have to play with the headers to set your own margins: .25 & .50 inches

Reg was changed oct 2020, at the time it was correct.

During OCS the senior class circulated their memos down to us. So I used it as a template/guide.
Two places... Army Pub has a black memo with seal you put the unit information into. ... create one using the layout tools he just described.
