@8:24 The original spec of those WORK wheels was comparable to the stock wheel fitment; although, the S2000 never wore 18's, the original offset and wheel width you mentioned would have fit the car without any suspension modifications and would have allowed you to push the car harder in all situations. Clearly you had a different goal in mind, but to answer your question "I don't know what they are for" your previous spec of wheels were meant to make you faster. This car is absolutely gleaming and props to you for seeing your vision through to completion, I love all of it and I'm considered among my peers as an S2000 purist and a member of the s2k4lyfe club lol
@@willl5250 Yes Honda made an Accessory hardtop for it later. More then likely it was licensed out to another company. But when the car was made and it rolled off the assembly line they were all soft tops and that is what I call OEM.
@@thomasrivera1431 that's completely incorect, OEM is not defined as what comes on your car. no offense, but it's not about what you consider OEM, it's about what the technical definition of the word is and what the entire car industry considers OEM to be. OEM is original equipment manufacturer and anything made by the vehicles manufacturer to their factory spec is considered OEM. Honda made its hardtop for the s2k, it was part of the s2k feature line. It doesn't matter if came on the car originally or not, the hardtop was made the original manufacturer and to OEM spec. Is the S2k CR not OEM because the s2k didn't originally come like that... Nope. It's OEM. OEM doesn't work like that.
