    Ingredients
    Semolina 250 grams
    Melon Seeds 3 tbsp
    Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
    Dried Coconut (sliced) ½ cup
    Fox nuts 1 cup
    Gum ¾ cup
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Caster Sugar 1 cup
    Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
    Almonds Coarsely (chopped) ½ cup
    Pistachio Coarsely (chopped) ½ cup
    METHOD:
    Heat 2 tbsp ghee and fry semolina, on very low flame till light golden and remove. Heat another 2 tbsp ghee, fry fox nuts, sliced, coconut, sesame seeds, melon seeds, and roast well on very low flame, remove in semolina. In the left-over ghee fry gum, little by little till it swells, remove and coarsely grind. Mix in the semolina mixture. Also add in cardamom powder, caster sugar, almonds and pistachio chopped, mix all well, and fill box and keep, use as required.
