If you keep a small eyedropper or squirt bottle full of rubbing alcohol on hand when handling large snakes you can use it to make the snake let go if you're bitten. A couple of drops at the corner of the snakes mouth will make it release immediately. Causes no harm to the snake & lessens the damage done to both the person bitten & the snake because the snake is not being forced to let go, less chance of teeth being left in the wound ect. It works w/large lizards as well.

He wasn't being attacked on purpose in the first one, it was a mistake in feeding and the anaconda thought what it had was it's food so it tried to eat his hand.
