WHAT IS A THETA STATE?
A Theta State Is being halfway asleep and halfway Awake. That's how you live the dream in your dream! Dreaming that you are dreaming is being half awake. That is how you remember your dreams. So right before entering the Theta state, is the point where you can induce the subconscious!

Directly after that, I walked through my garden where hubby and I were busy working.
Suddenly a ladder fell 10 cm/4 inches from my head, straight onto the pavement, with a loud bang.

@@เล่าปัง Pay attention to everything you hear and dedicate some time for mental clarity by releasing a lot of conscious thoughts and you'll know when it's time for you to travel. It's usually best with your eyelids closed and in a relaxed meditative position that is comfortable. I usually just lay back on my bed, listen with closed eyes, and don't overthink anything so that the nature of the audio can trigger the right vibrations properly. I hope that this helps!
