    Wow very, very impressive. To scrapbuild something of this size is incredible and to do it this well makes it even that more amazing. I have been building models for over 40 years and this has to rank up there in the top 5 models I have seen in all those years. Hats off to you.

    You even painted the nameplate like the real thing. Even James Cameron and his minions couldn't do that.

      I think it wasn't even really necessary to do it if the nameplates can't be seen close. Like as close like the camera will be like 1-4 meters and you would notice it.

    Great masters leave there mark! This is similar to the model used in Hollywood that was used to make the film and even bigger one used for a giant tank of water that actually tilted from side to side exactly like a aircraft simulator used for training new pilots this is absolutely stunning!

    it's amazing the details that you've put into this build....just a question though, when moving house and everything, can the model come part like in the earlier part of the build?

      At the Titanic exhibit that toured the USA back in the 90s, they had a 1/48 scale model. Incredible! Don’t think it was anything that would float or RC, but it was impressive to see.

      Hi, the cargo hold are covered with fine canvas to replicate the original material used on the ship. I recommend model sailing ship sail canvas.
