The approach of Honda Motorcycle is incorrect. The SP 160 should come with an optional dual channel abs on the top model with dual disc and a lower variant with single disc and single channel. That can serve both the user segment and power should not be decreased. Whereas Unicorn update was a necessity for digital meter and headlight change. But a lower variant should be there with digital meter, new headlight, lower tyre section and halogen backlight. But there should be top variant with broader tyre section, dual abs with optional dual channel abs, led backlight. If uou are increasing price by significant amount then the user will expect more from it. Also the power should be same. This will effect the exisiting customer base due to price as the unicorn owner doesn't bother on fancy features but it should justify its value.
