Im running a similar(ish) team - Palkia lead, with dusk mane and mamoswine (dont have access to a lando). If you see this, would be keen to hear how you would handle a togekiss lead? Have been struggling in these match ups as I always seem to end up poorly aligned whichever switch I make 😢
Tbh palkia og as the lead is fine with draco as long as you build up to special rend and then throw aqua tail. I run palkia og, dusk mane, and ho-oh and went positive almost every set for the past few days. I lost some to not having special rend, and those losses were offset by draco carries
Almost everyone has a Palkia with special move. If you dont want to build it, it is Not niantics fault. A 15/13/13 or whatever is totally ok unless you want to compete in the Championchips. What IS locked is the whole masterleague behind a paywall.

The smart move would be to plan ahead and get a few of your friends that went with Palkia and a few that went with Dialga, then wait to become lucky friends. I spoke with as many people as possible to find out who was going with Dialga and they all saved them for me. It took about 6 luckies to get a good one.
Tbh 100% is important in ML, you always want to go for the best IVS. But ideally a 96 or 98 would be better with 15/15/14 or 15/15/13 simply because a single stat off from hp basically makes pokemon functional hundos, they barely effect HP so there’s no huge difference between a 14 and 15 HP IV. MAYBE 1 HP difference. Hope that helps! (I run hundo OG palkia lead, hundo dusk mane, and Hundo Lando)
Bro why do you run best buddy on Landorus? You went up against that team with the exact same lineup but the difference being he has Palkia best buddy and he won by forcing an early shield.
I have been running this team quite a lot last month at 2650 elo, but drop plenty pts cause I kept face this two lineup below that I can't find a way to deal with . Please help! 1) Dialga (O), Kyogre, Ho-oh/lando (they switch kyogre in fast when I safe swap Lando, and farm all the way down); 2) Dask Mane (OR), Palkia (O), Lando (Dask Mane can beat my Palkia in 0-0 or 1-1 scenario; win switch and win lineup, if I double shield, the farm down with their Palkia and I can't deal with it as well.)

This is the same team I use. Only my Duskmane is LVL 50 hundo, the other two are still a little shy of max. Cheers!

Most important for master league is 15 attack I'd say as long as it's close too the hundo n max attack should b fine
