Reminds me of most first tour days, the band are usually trying to get stuff to function properly and then the lead singer opens their vocal chords and you just melt into the wonder of the voice. Meg had to do all the technical stuff herself, which is even more involved, and yet she made it work and performed that song with absolute control of her vocals. Clearly enjoyed singing it nearly as much as we enjoyed listening to it. Lovely performance! Beautiful voice!
It really is hard to describe Meg in just a few words. I was overwhelmed... stunned actually to be right there in front of her. After seeing her for years from afar on the web... it was surreal. I could literally reach up and tap her on the knee. I think I'm still in shock after a month... good thing I got these videos... so I know it wasn't a dream.😂

I was Spellbound when I saw my first Meg Video years ago. I've never found anyone before or since that can compare. She is Startlingly Spectacular to say the least.
@73donniebaker agreed I want to see her live now I mean how many of these other singer song writers out there play guitar , piano and bass , manage to sing and write ! Meg is amazing!
@@Oleg-ushko You are right about that... I miss the full band, or even just her and Ken Oak, the cello player. They made a great duo. Search Fender Studio The Morning After. My favorite version of that song and my #1 Meg Myers song/performance by far... That voice and cello combo... Just WOW!

I haven't heard why no bandmates in 23 and so far in 24. Only sound guys. She does just fine with her new Looping Pedal.
