Short of the Stockpile quirk, Blackwhip is the most powerful that Deku still holds but with the Gearshift rebound gone it’s a little less so. While Nana should be last, Yoichi’s transfer must remain to the end or else Float couldn’t be given away. Ultimately I believe the door will be opened revealing the Stockpile user that Yoichi rejected after his brother gave it to him. If the battle inside Shigaraki is wavering, Yoichi could open that door and take the power over to finish overwhelming AFO/Shigaraki. AFO isn’t finished till his brother takes him down. Leaving Izuku as he began, quirkless, to be saved by Uraraka.@@Rjay0922

You don't have to be dead to have the quirk vestige present in OFA. After passing the OFA sub quirks, deku can pass the core quirk containing his own vestige.
Same for All Might. Perhaps with All Mights vestige he could finally apologize and talk with Tenko at last for not knowing of Tenko’s trauma and not being there. Maybe he could explain to him how it’s impossible to know everyone’s suffering and help everyone in the world but that he didn’t purposely ignore him and his pain. Him and Nana doing it together would definitely break through to the Tenko part of Shigaraki.
The quirk recoil makes sense in the same way that passing a pistol you just emptied out to someone doesn’t automatically reload it for them. The quirk is being transferred as is.

Is anyone confused about anything? I always see many comments saying things don’t make sense and that being a big reason people don’t like the current story. But I haven’t really had issue understanding most things that weren’t intentionally meant to be revealed later. And for what I was confused about I understood later. For people who don’t like the series. Beyond it being just preference and wanting the story to go a different direction. I think it’d be cool to reply with some questions or confusions about this final act that’s affected your enjoyability. I think some of the current views of this series all just go back to reading comprehension being an issue these days. Some people legit just don't/can't understand the language as written.
I’m personally a fan of the theory that Shigaraki was actually Quirkless, but then given his Decay Quirk by AFO in order to groom him into what he eventually became. I also believe they’ll see that memory, helping him come to terms with himself. I also hope he’ll be caught and be hit with Eri’s Rewind Quirk, so that all his power will be erased, but he’ll also be reduced to a baby and get a second chance at a normal life. And since he was naturally Quirkless, he could then grow up to eventually be the tenth bearer of OFA, without the drawbacks of the other users. A nice little ‘Screw you’ to AFO.

Make me wonder if deku was ever really quirkless. I feel like his given quirk is a useless quirk, like yoichis original quirk, like it allows him to utilize and fully understand quirks. So it wouldn’t be useful unless deku had another quirk. It would explain why deku is so supremely tactical with all themes different quirks he’s been able to use for only like 6-8 months or so
the vestiges of other quirks on one for all confirmed deku didn't have a quirk at that moment, the only way would be for him to get his powers stolen when he was a kid, because we know the doctor who helped all for one is the guy who said deku was quirkless, also he can't understando quirks so easily, he was qurkless for most of his life and when he got one for all he couldn't use it without breaking himself, he had a hard time with black whipe and after the time skip when he was working with hawks and endeavor away from UA, he couldn't use the new powers at their best. If it comes to taht, deku would have to get the power to supress other quirks inside of him, that would turn he into the greatest hero, because he would be the hero to stop all quirks, the vestiges said he was the last one for all user because it turned into a singularity and had deku had any quirk he would have already died or be on his way to the grave, because the quirk was so strong it damaged all previous users, and the qurk singularity theory inside that universe states quirks are becoming stronger over generations to the extent they can become uncontrolable, because every new generations more quirks mix together, the mutations could be so powerfull sometime that it could bring an end to humanity so i think somehow, be it a quirk from deku or simply a fenomena like the first quirks apearing, they have to go away for humans to continue.
I think this is a super fun change of how the series started, all of Deku's big moments at the start of the show were him overcoming his physical limitations and destroying his body for that giant burst of fight ending power. Now he's in a scenario where a single big burst of power, one punch to end it just isnt a viable option. Shigi so obviously has the advantage in terms of power, durability and endrance on paper, we see Deku has already driven his body to its limits and beyond. Instead of that ending the fight as it would in the past, he's used his intimate knowledge of the quirks he possesses and what Shigi can do, to bolster the areas he cannot match. Puppeting your own body with black whip & reinforcing the muscles is such a clever idea, knowing how danger sense works to trick Shigi to create an opening to transfer the exhaustion and burn out to try and level the playing field too. It is such a fun and interesting way for this fight to go, instead of just "who punch hardest wins" because its implied by shigi that Deku wasnt giving it his all to try and wasnt trying to kill, which is what got them to this scenario to begin. Also thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this.
Well to be real from what we’ve seen so far Deku is stronger than Shigaraki. He just doesn’t want to kill him, even tho he could have a long time ago. So idk about shiggy being beyond him

This could also be a nice way to make Deku less overpowered if they ever decide to make a new sequel series. Well with the way dekus quirks worked it was already hinted. For example when that energy monster wanted to drain goku fully. Goku Gave him exactly what he wanted he fed the monster till it exploded. Same thing happened in yu yu Hakusho. Ect. I was honestly hoping it didn't happen that the series wouldn't take this route. But then again there is still time it might not even be the full outcome considering deku wants to save shiggy.

I understand why some people are frustrated with the direction the series is going, but we all need to understand that Hori hasn’t been feeling good these past few years. He needs some rest before he can really make the good stuff we all want to see. So for now at least try to enjoy what is making right now. Doesn’t really seem like it. Deku and Shigaraki are relative the only thing the makes shigaraki such a hard for him is AFO and regeneration. But we’ve seen before multiple times that his regeneration can’t be kept up forever. If horikoshi got to the point where shigaraki was too powerful. He’d have deku “push through the exhaustion” and activate overdrive again. This isn’t necessarily a case of him being too powerful. It’s him trying to save tenko

The blood that is there doesn't have any quirk factor because Deku didn't have any intention of transferring any quirk, but now there is, which is why it registers. It's pretty straightforward, honestly.
The user has to consent to transferring the quirk. That doesn’t mean that every speck of blood is now containing the quirk, only the one he’s actually trying to use. This also happens in the second movie
That’s not the case you forget that to transfer OFA you need the users consent and because Deku was trying to transfer gearshift through his blood the quirk factor was there which is what tricked Shiggy

Make me wonder if deku was ever really quirkless. I feel like his given quirk is a useless quirk, like yoichis original quirk, like it allows him to utilize and fully understand quirks. So it wouldn’t be useful unless deku had another quirk. It would explain why deku is so supremely tactical with all themes different quirks he’s been able to use for only like 6-8 months or so
the vestiges of other quirks on one for all confirmed deku didn't have a quirk at that moment, the only way would be for him to get his powers stolen when he was a kid, because we know the doctor who helped all for one is the guy who said deku was quirkless, also he can't understando quirks so easily, he was qurkless for most of his life and when he got one for all he couldn't use it without breaking himself, he had a hard time with black whipe and after the time skip when he was working with hawks and endeavor away from UA, he couldn't use the new powers at their best.
If it comes to taht, deku would have to get the power to supress other quirks inside of him, that would turn he into the greatest hero, because he would be the hero to stop all quirks, the vestiges said he was the last one for all user because it turned into a singularity and had deku had any quirk he would have already died or be on his way to the grave, because the quirk was so strong it damaged all previous users, and the qurk singularity theory inside that universe states quirks are becoming stronger over generations to the extent they can become uncontrolable, because every new generations more quirks mix together, the mutations could be so powerfull sometime that it could bring an end to humanity so i think somehow, be it a quirk from deku or simply a fenomena like the first quirks apearing, they have to go away for humans to continue.
I think this is a super fun change of how the series started, all of Deku's big moments at the start of the show were him overcoming his physical limitations and destroying his body for that giant burst of fight ending power.
Now he's in a scenario where a single big burst of power, one punch to end it just isnt a viable option.
Shigi so obviously has the advantage in terms of power, durability and endrance on paper, we see Deku has already driven his body to its limits and beyond.
Instead of that ending the fight as it would in the past, he's used his intimate knowledge of the quirks he possesses and what Shigi can do, to bolster the areas he cannot match.
Puppeting your own body with black whip & reinforcing the muscles is such a clever idea, knowing how danger sense works to trick Shigi to create an opening to transfer the exhaustion and burn out to try and level the playing field too.
It is such a fun and interesting way for this fight to go, instead of just "who punch hardest wins" because its implied by shigi that Deku wasnt giving it his all to try and wasnt trying to kill, which is what got them to this scenario to begin.

Well to be real from what we’ve seen so far Deku is stronger than Shigaraki. He just doesn’t want to kill him, even tho he could have a long time ago. So idk about shiggy being beyond him

That was my point in the last paragraph, Shigi called out Deku for doing "everything" he has the power to like ending him, and that's what put him in the current position where he needs to be smart & flexible with his use of quirks

I think nana should be the last to go over, and I don’t think all might will go over. I think it’ll be a moment similar to All Might vs AFO where’s he’s holding onto the embers of OFA. All Mights quirk factor will be his “ember”

I was really hoping the series wouldn’t end this way. I mean now deku goes back to quirkless and what? Then he saves tenko but he will still have shigarakis body and now all for one and one for all. I was really hoping for a better ending

This could also be a nice way to make Deku less overpowered if they ever decide to make a new sequel series. Because an adult Deku who can use 100% OFA would be already stronger than prime All Might but having 6 other quirks all buffed by OFA even further would be crazy.
Like imagine a consecutive 100% smashes further boosted by Fa jin + gear shift.

I’m not gonna lie the idea of transferring all the corks over to emo decay boy. It’s just a stupidest idea to defeat the big villain ever…. you’re gonna give all your power to the villain to kill him.
Well with the way dekus quirks worked it was already hinted. For example when that energy monster wanted to drain goku fully. Goku Gave him exactly what he wanted he fed the monster till it exploded. Same thing happened in yu yu Hakusho. Ect. I was honestly hoping it didn't happen that the series wouldn't take this route. But then again there is still time it might not even be the full outcome considering deku wants to save shiggy.
So great, Dekus going to end up giving away all of his quirks and end up a pathetic useless hero once again, end also not end up being the number 1 hero because he has no quirks. There is literally no point to this story then because the whole point since the beginning is Deku being the num 1 and have a quick. DISAPOINTING.
The whole point of Deku's goal was NOT to become number 1. But to become the greatest hero. There's a difference. If anything Bakugo should hold the title as the number 1 hero.

I understand why some people are frustrated with the direction the series is going, but we all need to understand that Hori hasn’t been feeling good these past few years. He needs some rest before he can really make the good stuff we all want to see. So for now at least try to enjoy what is making right now. Doesn’t really seem like it. Deku and Shigaraki are relative the only thing the makes shigaraki such a hard for him is AFO and regeneration. But we’ve seen before multiple times that his regeneration can’t be kept up forever. If horikoshi got to the point where shigaraki was too powerful. He’d have deku “push through the exhaustion” and activate overdrive again.

The blood that is there doesn't have any quirk factor because Deku didn't have any intention of transferring any quirk, but now there is, which is why it registers. It's pretty straightforward, honestly.
The user has to consent to transferring the quirk. That doesn’t mean that every speck of blood is now containing the quirk, only the one he’s actually trying to use. This also happens in the second movie
That’s not the case you forget that to transfer OFA you need the users consent and because Deku was trying to transfer gearshift through his blood the quirk factor was there which is what tricked Shiggy
