Even if the new bright breaks over time I would take the sound system out and put it in my wheelie King. Everyone have a great day and don't let off the throttle
I have never liked new bright brand, but they have really stepped up their game from those old remotes with the two inch welfare wire coming out and the shitty range and power. I got the snake bite one instead of rhino, and I must say, it's a blast actually, well worth it. Althought if you really want fun you go with the real rc cars but those will run $100 plus easily. I got mine for $59.

Hi I’m wondering if you know anything about troubleshooting the Rhinomite - my son got one last year and we used it maybe twice but then it sat in his room and I recently tried charging it & replacing batteries in controller but it still won’t turn on. The light on the controller just flashes red. Please let me know if you can help
Those gears probably are nylon but you really don't need to worry about getting them wet. Nylon begins to absorb moisture the moment it is removed from the mold and will reach an equilibrium relatively quickly. By the time you get the toy the gears have absorbed most of the water they're going to. Even if they did absorb a bunch more moisture due to being submerged in water you're only looking at about a .001in expansion per inch of material at maximum absorption. There's going to be enough play in the design of the gears too accommodate any expansion the nylon will experience due to moisture absorption.
Well, I had an issue with the nylon gears in the Wendigo, ran in the water and let it sit for about 2 weeks, I had to order new gears because them all swole up from the water. No kidding.
Today I bought my son this monster truck for his birthday and the truth is that I was going to return it tomorrow, I thought it was not working for him. for it to roll does it need to have the water in that opening?

A motor on each wheel will probably be what an electric Monster truck will have in the future once petrol is no longer available and we will still want them as entertainment. I would swap body sound and smoke to an LMT or the Axial MT how hard are the tyres could you use them also.

Did you recharge it? The battery is under the blue nitro tank...use a phillips to remove and use the USB charger to recharge the truck.
