I'm glad I found this video now since I'm planning going this year (first time) in November/ December and I kinda needed some ideas of what to wear specially coming from a tropical Caribbean weather. Thanks for the tips and love how simple yet cozy your packing is.
This is the first video I found of yours and one of the most thoughtful packing videos I've ever seen! I love how you pack so stylishly and without lugging around a ton of excess! I can't wait to catch up on your other videos later today 🤍✨✈
You’re so sweet! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! I love packing mindfully so there’s more space for souvenirs hehe going on two trips this month so more packing videos coming soon!
I have so many questions, such as, did you pack make-up? How about where you put the toiletries in your bag? Did you use a 3:11 quart bag? If so did you decant larger products into smaller bottles, or use travel size products? What about shampoo & conditioner-- did you take any or plan to use what is there?
I don’t wear a lot of makeup so I just packed blush and mascara! I have a toiletry bag that I put everything in and that fits in my carryon. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner in refillable bottles but I also have travel size products like toothpaste and makeup remover as well ☺️
Hi! Thank you so much! I hope you can go one day! ❤ I got the tote bag at Primark a couple years ago but this one is similar and very cute! rstyle.me/+Erp_ecaQpxyi8XpvhD8tcA
It's the best time to visit Japan now as the yen is weak. If you stay at capsule hotels ir some hostels ( very limited in Japan ) or business hotels, you can save lots of money. Eat at our traditional pubs called " izakaya " or restaurants inside of department stores or underground usually connected w train stations ,you'll save so much $$ !! Lol. The capsule hotels come in variety ,so ,some of 'em are bigger than usual capsule hotel rooms ! All of them & business hotels are very very suoer clean & located near by train stations ( like next door or across from the street ) ,some hotels are connected to train stations( not capsuleor business types ). They all come w lots of amenities !! 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️🇯🇵💕💞
Thank you! Most of my music I find on Epidemic Sound but you need a subscription in order to use it for videos. Some of them are on RUclips or Apple Music though if you just want to listen to them! ruclips.net/video/K1FlPjSij3c/видео.html
Estaba pensando crear un canal aparte para mis vlogs de viaje y todo los videos que tengo de Japon y otros viajes pero no se jaja que opinan? Los posteo aqui no mas o en un canal nuevo?
As of right now, you do need a physical IC card if you have a non-iPhone that wasn't purchased in Japan, FYI. For iPhone you can just add the Suica card to your Apple wallet.
Good to know! We both have iPhones so we used the Apple wallet feature and it was so convenient! Though I still have our physical cards for the memories 🤭
@@amayabueno Totally understandable! Also, the non-iPhone thing is a hardware boundary, I'd recommend for Android users to also avoid the "Welcome Suica" because the discounts aren't really that great and it expires within 30 days. Regular card is good for 10 years!
You responded ❤😭 Thank you! I just happen to have a question, I hope you don't mind. Your description mentioned having another suitcase with you. How is it with public transport plus carry on + suitcase + personal bag? *Note: we're a family of 5 so just imagine how it's gonna be 😅 plus your girly wants to dress up for this trip!
@aiciaaera767 it’s a little tricky because there are so many people and lots of stairs in the metro/train stations so just take into account extra time if you want to walk to and wait for elevators. Some hotels have luggage transfer programs so if you’re planning to travel from Tokyo to Kyoto for example, they’ll send your luggage to your next hotel. Just make sure you set it up early because sometimes the bags have to leave before you do so they make it on time. Usually what we do it pack light and put our carry on inside our check in luggage so we’re each only carrying “one bag” on the way there but we have a ton of space for souvenirs to come back hehe
Hi! I didn't weigh my suitcase so I'm not entirely sure but I have very little arm strength and I was able to carry it with one arm so I'd say less than 25 lbs.

I can't believe all that fitted in 1 little bag!! good job

@@amayabueno Thank you. This is a very useful guide cause i am trying to fit only 10KG into my suitcase. yikes!
@paulinezhao1699 you can do it! And you can always buy another suitcase over there for all your souvenirs 🤭
Hey you took only 2 outfits??
It was a capsule wardrobe! So I could create different outfits just by swapping out different pieces!
