The Latin C never represented S (Super) sound, only K sound (Kill).
The reason we pronounce it as 'see zer' in the first place is because in English; C and E together (CE) forces the C to be pronounced as S.
But if we take 2 seconds to actually look at the spelling, we realize that the English language itself cannot fucking read and the name is spelled C A E not C E A
We tend to pronounce AE in English as A (Ape), which is wrong in all cases.
Latin A is pronounced as ah (stAll) (this also applies to the second a in Caesar).
Latin E is either eh (gEt) or ee (rEEd), not completely sure which, but either way:
if you combine Latin A and Latin E as in AE (a-ee) and say them together fast you get I (eye).
To my LIMITED (refer to P.S.) knowledge, the S in Latin alphabet never represented the Z sound (Zoo)

The old German title for emperors is Keiser. It's literally the name Caesar.

P.S. I'm completely confident on everything I said except for the S in Caesar being pronounced as ss (Sea), i don't actually know whether or not it was pronounced that way.
P.P.S. "P.S." stands for "Post-Script", as in "After the other stuff".
According to someone else, the common Spanish way to say Julius Caesar is nothing like the way mouse pronounced it, so the following is incorrect:

@@canispugnator7613 She can't sing in that way very often because it's really uncomfortable and straining on her throat. She used to be able to sing like that a lot, but her lower range has since been messed up due to throat infections. She explained it during the stream where she sang like that. Apparently, she lost her voice for a whole year due to it.
I know I've heard her sing before, but every time I hear Mouse sing when I'm not expecting it I'm like "Woh! Holy crap!"

As a former Little Caesars employee. The crazy bread is slathered in garlic butter with a big brush used for spreading sauces, and covered in parmesan cheese. We have a drip rack and it only gets cleaned when the store closes so that bread is sitting on hours old weird consistency “butter”.
Lil Caesars isn't the best pizza in Detroit, but that Crazy Bread has to be coated in crack dust.
