      hey bro, first of all nice video like always. It is very helpful i have a question and a suggestion.
      i am having problem with people exploiting 6 - Lead head kick, spinning kick to the head don't know how to counter that will be great if you tell me sth about it.
      Also an idea of a future video is how to counter this combos or people that spam them.
      Thanks a lot for the quality content.

      I get caught with this from time to time, but when people are spamming it, you can time a duck using head movement and counter with a hook or uppercut, the stamina deficit they lose when it is ducked can lead to an insta KO but it can be glitchy lol

      @@TheAnswerWillleaveyou if you're the problem get better internet, if you just get laggy matches back out before they start in ranked if they're below yellow bars. I really only fight green bar ranked fights. Lag in this game is not the game's fault it's all on one of the internet connections either yours or theirs. I know your reply was a joke but most people don't know you can back out of ranked matchups after 10 seconds a few times a day and lag can drop your points a lot if you're losing because of it.

    • @MindGamingMantis
      @MindGamingMantis 6 лет назад +1

      You have to make reads to sway properly

    • @dsimi415
      @dsimi415 6 лет назад +9

      Well the concept is very simple. If you sway back, you can avoid most punches to the head. If you sway down, you can dodge hooks and jabs/straights as well as roundhouse kicks to the head (and decrease damage on body kicks and body hooks). Sway to either side to avoid jab/straights and uppercuts. If you sway to the direction a strike is coming from, you take a lot more damage than just taking the strike. That's when to use what. Then all you need is to catch your opponents timing and combinations (for example, if your opponent keeps using jab-straight-hook, look to block the first 2 strikes and duck the hook at the end). It's very easy to explain but hard to put into practice. I'm no pro at it, just trying to pass on what helped me

    • @harambey
      @harambey 6 лет назад

      Dont over sway, a good player will eventually throw in a fake punch and clip u with a hook or uppercut depending on where u sway

    i don’t see a ton of people throw the straight to lead uppercut but god damn is it effective, especially against guys who don’t have great head movement. it’s the best feeling to slide just out of range on a hook, then step in with that straight, and then the uppercut is a god damn death sentence if you have good power

    Here are some of my favs.
    Jab-straight-right hook-left low kick/high roundhouse kick
    Jab-straight-jab-straight + jab-straight-spinning heel kick
    Lead head roundhouse kick-straight-jab-lead spinning kick/jumping roundhouse kick
    Jab-left hook-right hook-left roundhouse high kick
    Straight-right body uppercut-left body hook-right hook
    Lead low kick-straight-jab-spinning backfist
    Jab-left uppercut-right uppercut-left uppercut
    Straight-right uppercut-straight
    Now doing them as strafing in circular motions or beginning the combo as you advance or retreat will cover you in a 50/50 odd of success. We’re only talking powerful combos, and most of these can be followed up with Thai clinch. Sometimes I also like lead haymaker-left hook-right hook-Thai clinch or lead haymaker-left hook-spinning body kick. There is also the lead low kick-straight-jab-pushing front kick.
    Hope these are helpful

    what i tend to do in any games and irl: Jab to head straight to body, jab head lead body hook/uppercut to rear hand straight or hook depending if they already seem hurt, jab to the head jab to the body, same jab head body combo again with a lead body hook at the end, either jab to head or body first then lead body hook/uppercut then rear straight or overhand, rear straight lead hook then end with a jab or teep to back off if you need to, then same combo rear straight lead hook but instead of the jab to back off, jab and then follow with a rear uppercut to the head, and then finish it off with a lead body hook/uppercut if you have the opening

    6:12 jab, lead hook- use against pressure player

    10:58 jab,push kick - use to distance opponent (can also be used to distance opponent for takedown)
    14:35 lead leg kick,rear body kick - sneaky way to land body kick safely
    16:06 jab,lead hook, straight - use against player that use lots of head movement

    Really effective way to dodge number 5 is to basically just flick the left stick either upwards or downwards when they attempt the push kick so your fighter does a tiny step into the background/foreground and you are guaranteed to land at least 2 hooks unguarded to their face. If they always throw it after a jab it's even easier to time just flick after the jab lands on your block (take into account input lag and all that) this works with the front kick to the face and the spinning kicks to the body the same way but doesn't work for head kicks. Also works for straights/jabs and uppercuts as well normally if its only a single punch or the final punch in the combo is a straight/uppercut

    good combination that's pretty underrated is straight, lead body uppercut, rear uppercut, or jab, straight, lead uppercut then another straight, that ones a risky one but the uppercut always opens them up for the straight if it lands clean plus NO ONE expects the final straight and drop their guard to counter. Would love to see you apply these combo's and add them to your arsenal Martial

    Awesome video! For me a combo I'd add, another trap combo, which I think works really well, is the leg kick + lead spinning side kick combo. Its a level 4 kickboxing combo, but its so effective because it can often either have the opponent guard low and open up the head, or have them try to counter the missed leg kick and they get hit hella hard with the side kick

    One I use is Wonderboy's awesome roundhouse setup, jab, cross, left moving question mark kick, the kick comes out looking like a leg kick

    I havegood stamina, toughness and endurance compared to the other fighters in my career but I tend to throw alot of wild combo's that consist of hooks. This seems really effective and simple. Mainly 3-4 hit combinations and I like it. Will definitely give this a try :)
