Glue dots have been a GAME CHANGER for me to be sure!!!!!!! Tip: try using non metal to put dots in as well as to clean out. Toothpicks are GREAT! I have bunch that on 1 end I use nail clippers to clip pointy end of toothpick. Need flat end and a pointy. Can use floss stick end as well wood works best. Multi placers can be. Challenge. I'M not a big user of multi placers but for the wide ones fill partially with reg wax even out and then add gkue dots tap evenly with blunt end of toothpick. Works amazingly well. All dits need to be tapped on your hands to lessen the sticky then good to go for a VERY LONG TIME!!!! 2 Chuck Pinson DP (DAC)!!!!! Game Changer!!!!!

My mother and I have been doing diamond paintings for a while for fun (I get her to do it to keep her mind active because she's 79) and I'm SO tired of messing with the glue that comes with it. I am definitely going to try the glue dots at 3/16 inch! Thank you again! And I'm going to your shop right now! ❤
I trim the excess dot glue off with my small scissors. To reduce the excess stickeyness I press my filled drill tip against my finger tip every few drills or even my clothes. Works like a charm. I use the micro dots and I just love them!

I’ve been using the micro dots x 3 in my pens for a long while now and love them. I can do an entire 76x51cm DAC painting with the same 3 dots. I use everlasting tips. Love them.

I have recently discovered glue dots and love using them so much better than wax, blue tack or paddywaxx.
I've been using micro dots for the last 4 paintings I have done. I love them.
Thank you for this video, I will go buy some glue dots for my tips. I dislike replacing wax, and keep trying to pick up diamonds over and over when the wax is giving up. This seems like a good solution

I love glue dots I even found strip glue dots. When it's to sticky I keep vaseline in a small jar and lightly touch glue dots and works perfectly

It's working!! 😁 I had mini's, used my angled tweezers to peel off dot & to put in tip, removed Xtra then in 4 & 7, the angled tweezer worked great to flatten it all down. Hate dealing with the wax except wax pencils for special shapes soooo I think u again for info! 👏🏻👍🏻❤️

I like the small ones, using that large multiplacer you are spending more time screwing with it than placing one at a time lol
But once they are all in there, I don't have to change it out for a very long time lol. I guess it's worth it if you want to take the time to fill it for the exchange of longevity 😉.

I have used them for a long time and it has been incredible! Suddenly I put my dots in and after a few minutes they pop out on the drill. So frustrating! I have had that happen too! I feel it does that because the dots are soooo sticky. So try to dull down the sticky a bit by touching it with the fingers so that it will stay put. I hope that helps!

I have the second glue dots u showed but I have a full everlasting tip the whole one but I battle it balls up and I can’t use it I try sticking it in with toothpicks my tweezers it just makes a sticky ball it’s the only ones I can by here the glue dots for balloons they small like the second one like I said it’s driving me nuts I might have better luck when I move to Australia in a few months time but still stuck using blu tac I have to keep refilling it like every 30 mins or so
The glue dots are best used in the single placers. They work great in the Forever Tips that I sell in my shop, DrillPenFrenzy.com
Thanks so much for this video!!! The only issue I’m having is getting the glue dots to not bunch up to the center of my stainless steel multiplacer tips. They work fine in the single placer, but seemed to have the same issue with the plastic multiplacers. But with the stainless steel multiplacers, the dots kinda bunch up and start to migrate towards the center of the pen, no matter how much I try to keep them spread out across the pen. Any tips?? Do I need to just start placing drills and will that keep it spread out? I do use the micro dots so maybe I should try getting larger ones?

If your drills will not turn loose of the pen. Even after tapping on clothes, what will fix this?
Just keep using it. If you are placing AB drills, it is best to use a different sticking medium because glue dots do not like to let go of those.
Did you call them “poinky” tweezers? My son made up that word, or so I thought, when he was about 3 or 4 as a mash up of pointy and poky. If you said that, I love it!
I might have on accident! I call them pointy tweezers lol but I think I mixed in pokey at the same time. How funny!

Absolutely not! That is the wonderful thing about using the glue dots.
Thought you shouldn’t use steel tweezers in forever tip cuz they will scratch?
Yes, it is possible to scratch your tip if you use tweezers. It is best to use a toothpick if you aren't confident using tweezers to remove any sticking medium.
I just started using the micro glue dots, and I'm coming across the issue that the glue dots stick to the drill when I put them on the canvas. Any fixes for that?
After loading your pen with the glue dots, touch the sticky part against your shirt a few times to dull down the stickiness.

Is your Diamond Painting already on a glued to a canvas
Yes, all diamond paintings come with the adhesive already stuck to the picture. The only time you would find there isn't adhesive stuck to a picture would be if you were making your own.

Are the hourglass pens on your shop heavy? I can't stand heavy pens, it hurts my hand.
Not at all! They are quite light weight for their size.

They last the same length of time whether a hard or soft presser 😊
