I'm a bit disappointed with the new landing nets. Unfortunately, the older model was slightly shallower than the new ones, which made it easier to unhook the fish by placing the landing net on your lap. Older landing nets are much better. I don't understand why they changed it. A lot of my fiends ( match anglers ) also complain about it.
