I think it’s because she didn’t get to do a lot of things that were planned because of her injury/busy schedule and she feels a mix of gratitude for her fan who traveled from so far just to see her, and a sense of regret for not giving her fan the best experience that she had hoped to give. That’s why she keeps asking him to promise to return, so she can do better next time. She just seems like an emotional intelligent, empathetic, and grateful person.
