@@Ri6hteous If you had watched the latest stream, there is new mechanics of how armies joins the battle. It's no longer "all hexex adjacent to the attacked hex".
Your militia is independent of you tech They dont use mods and they can be units you havent unlocked (I think) they only consist of you raceial units So if you have a high garrison building level but no racial units unlocked, you can geht high tier units in you garrison that you cant built yourself
Agreed 👍🏻 . Your last point is the point I was making. If you haven’t unlocked the tech for a unit they won’t appear in your militia. Once you unlock the tech they will appear and your militia strength increases. Good point about the mods or any other bonuses not being applied.

Yeah I think AOW4 will be exactly the same. Same mechanics and combat system. I’ll put out plenty of guides and tutorials when the game is out 👍🏻.

@D K yeah I just watched the stream this morning and it looks like they have changed it slightly. It will be interesting to see how that plays out.

@@Ri6hteous No thats the opposite of what i said, ive had drone carriers in my militia without unlocking them
