How do you make a car in TD6 to be able to use a different sound file, because I want my TT to sound like a VR6 while the Cuda sound like a meaty V8, like I want them to stop using the same sound file.
@@kevinsomosot9976 As a start, see the first 2 minutes of my video on hacking the camera and its video description for a download link to the HEX editor: ruclips.net/video/-tMqhKzEttY/видео.html Next, watch from this point to 4 minutes 5 seconds to see how to count in HEX: ruclips.net/video/MW4dZoQP208/видео.html Finally, here is the spreadsheet that I made for Allef on how the car sounds work in the EXE. I see that you have the US version, and therefore the screenshot line numbers in the spreadsheet should correspond to your EXE just the same as the Remastered. Simply change the codes to be a mapping of however you want it to be. You can make all cars have the same sound, make each class have the same sound, or whatever you like. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yQP5-wD0Cn4aU1eLiMxdPPeBK4qN4fbG/edit
Oh, and I realized that I failed to mention that the TD6.exe from the original disk is different than the one from the one that Allef and I are modifying. If your TD6.exe is not 780 kilobytes in size (but more like around 274), then simply replace that 274 KB TD6.exe with this one. drive.google.com/file/d/1LBCufdCFfPqh4nZU84hqBLxGuszv0Nac/view?usp=sharing Both EXE's will work with the other game files, so it's okay to "replace" one with another.
How can I set the widescreen mode like yours? I'm using 1920x1080 resolution, both in-game and with DgVoodoo, but the cars are still too wide. I need some help.
they sound amazing

This involves editing the TD6.exe
@@allefalmeida7235 And in what way should I edit it?

You have to edit td6.exe via hex editor
Can this be done on TD6 Remastered?
Yep, but It have different sounds
@@allefalmeida7235 Yeah, I grew up with the PS1 version of TD6 and I'm hoping to play the remastered with those sounds
The engine sounds its wrong in original PC version?
Yes, some cars use weird sounds and 3-4 cars use the same sound. EX: Viper, Viper GTS-R, F-150 and XJ220 use the Viper sound...
@@allefalmeida7235 In Dreamcast version its worse, every muscle car uses the horrendous V6 sound from the Venturi 400 GT.
@@Victor_2000s The Dreamcast version was clearly rushed.
How do I do that?
You have to edit TD6.exe, locate the address of car sounds and edit then
