If you book on a third party site like Hotels.com, you won't know which house you get. However, you will get the number of rooms you booked. If you go through Encore directly, you may be able to get the one you prefer if you speak to them on the phone. You can try through the website but the phone is guaranteed. When you book through TopVillas, you will get to choose the exact house that you want to stay in based on the photos you reviewed.
