Interesting choice to run purple mem boost over mist mem boost. I prrsonally prefer the mist for the additional mill, but to each their own.

The idea is to see as many pieces as possible since mist doesn't actually help you find missing cards since ratios are quite greedy

Why wasn't fenril hitting for 2 checks everything he used alliance it adds 1 check and the dp of the digimon that us being suspended all of that security should have been gone

It does blanket sec-1 to the board
So alliance +1 balances at 1 check per swing
