Haven't been listening much to Watain, but there's an interesting combination of their own thing mixed a bit with Hellhammerish / oldschool style. Maybe its the vocals but this kind of BM I would say is kick ass and not "an angry kid in the corner"-style
The click-track synched effects (delay on some vocal parts, reverb on the toms around 8:00 etc) sound like shit when recorded directly through the soundboard. I bet they sound awesome live though
are the guitarist drunk or something??? Really sloppy guitar work in this video and i know how good they usually are live as i have seen them multiple times in concert
