- I know we just did a full apartment tour on the channel, buuut I'm now looking to buy a house. I'm super fortunate to be house-hunting in LA! I'd like to hear your thoughts and opinions on each of the homes, and discuss the pros and cons, I'm all ears!. This might be the first of many of these videos, possibly a series, house hunting vlogs!? who knows. Let me know what yall think in the comments.

I liked house number 2 best (the one before the blue kitchen house)! So light and bright with a super nice backyard🫶🏼
Last one was the prettiest (in my opinion) but that small Master, with only 1 bathroom in the entire house is a flop.. keep looking! She'll come! ✨

I bought my house at 21… all by myself… it’s possible to do just very hard 😳

The second house is a better vibe! I also love the kitchen! I love the natural lighting in the kitchen and living room too! The guest house is a plus! I think this house is better in the long run! I would love to see you pick this house! I can picture so many video ideas, such as cooking videos or hosting a night in with your pals! This house has a lot of potential! :)

I think the second house is great you should totally get it. Sometimes I forget how spacious American houses are because in the uk we only have one bathroom in the whole house and the bedrooms are quite small compared to American master bedrooms!
that sucks!!! yeah we have usually 3-4 bathrooms sometimes. i mean i live in nebraska and my dads house has 3!!!

I like the last one! It's pretty standard over here in UK to only have 1 bathroom in the house. We have 2 bedrooms the same size and then just one bathroom. I feel that's pretty standard. An en-suite is definitely a bonus!
Not standard in the US. Theres usually 2-3, sometimes more if your rich😂😂

I like the house that you said you loved. I think it was the second one. Go with the house that you feel works best for you, and you like the best. You don't want to rush it, this is a big decision. So proud of you Kenzie!

why do all La influencers move from apartment to apartment so fast
Loved the 3rd one but the fact that only has one bathroom, but i mean if your going to buy the house you can one bild the second bathroom in the masters bedroom, like open the wall from the second room, make the second room smaller and creating a bathroom, and lets say if it was my case i would take the second room and make it an ofice, or similar and the guest room be in the house on the patio and treated as a guest house, or just keep the second room as a guest bedroom but make it smaller, but the idea of having 2 houses in one house sounds fun, but the the second house is still very beautiful. I really loved the look of the last one…but having a master bath/an extra bath for guests is something I’d definitely want!
The money that goes to the entertainment industry blows my mind. Being an entertainer is hard work, but so is being a teacher. I would argue that being a teacher is much harder. The LAUSD teachers are on strike because they don't get paid nearly enough for all that they have to endure five days a week. Then I watch videos like these where a young person is able to afford a beautiful house in LA for dancing on a reality show as a child then becoming a pop singer. I just don't get it.
But why bully a girl on the internet? Why not put your efforts into actually making change at the top? Why is it her fault and not the fault of the college-educated ADULTS who decided to go into a field that is historically underpaid? Maybe your fight is in the wrong place. Maybe it shouldn't be with an 18-year-old who is succeeding and more with those in office who make actual change.
@Nick Pappagorgio I'm not "bullying" an 18 year old. I'm making an observation in a comment section where people are allowed to voice their views. You're right in the aspect of creating change from the top, and I appreciate you saying that. I do have to think about what that would look like. Enjoy your day Nick.

yeah relistically most 18 19 year olds dont get to buy there wn house cause of bills and the property taxes nowadays the only reason yu get this is because you were on tv its just special treatment and its wrong

I think one bathroom is a deal breaker for what we need to spend to buy a house in CA. Both nice homes, but the first one's bathroom situation being the tie breaker. Kudos to you for being able to by real estate at a young age! The best place to put your earnings!
I love the first one better than second one. Having one bathroom would bother me when I would have guests over. I did like the big yard and kitchen in the second one. Overall, the first one was better
