Somehow I feel like Coach Steve Komphela can still achieve more as a coach in the industry. I feel he is still yet to reach global success. All the best coach.👊🏾
Lol my prediction became true and i still believe the idea of bringing him is more of him becoming the main guy in future but for Dr Motsepe is repaying loyalty to Manqoba and Rulani
The introduction when he noted that not everyone will get this opportunity. Sort of highlighted the importance of showing up and being present in every opportunity whether big or small. Inspired 👊👊👊
For the life in me, I don't understand why no one ever asks how Coach Steve felt about not being part of the 1996 AFCON squad after having captained the team for so long. What factors caused that? Maybe it has been documented somewhere but I'd love to hear it from him.
Great interview. Robert can you please track down Mabizela. We need him to share his story with the current players from Pirates to Tottenham and all the off pitch stories we used to read about.
🔥🔥Great interview 📺📺 Good Sir Robert and the Honorable Steve. Thinking 💭 is easy, yields powerful outcomes and yet we tend to shy away from it as humans. Insightful conversation, accompanied by wisdom and self reflection challenge. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
This is the best interview ever and am learning a lot from the two they are one of the greatest philosophers in Africa. Thank you bra Rob for bringing bra Steve.
First time watching this interview.. The intellectuality shared here is " beyond Cario". You need not to be in hurry to indulge the insights of this video. Big up Robert and Steve!

wow, audiobook this interview. must be documented seriously. So much of the invisible trophies does Mr Komphela have. Thank you sir for your time that you spent with us, i watched this interview 3 times already
Thank you Mr Marawa for hosting Sir Steve. I'm no longer afraid to be an independant thinker. We're living in the world of trends and fashion that make it hard for us people (especially blacks) to think. We always say what we heard and do what we've seen with no question. Self hate is abundant in our race, but then again I think I'm the second generation we hope we'll be better eventually. 🙏🙏
@@kakiconstance3293 I guess he's a gift to people with high IQ. wisdom should be easy to impart even ordinary people though without needing to breakdown big words
You Robert steve is just one of his own,as we go through struggles in life and that I'm overseas and struggling, please give steve kompela contacts to me so I can keep in touch for help, steve is a greater teacher,a great mentor and we re many of us inspired by him..I need help from this men please rob
Robert thank you for bringing Steve to the studio. Please could you bring him again. I would have loved to hear him talk about his relationship with the late Shoeszzzzz. When is Steve writing a book. Maybe he needs to have Master Classes.
This is about sport, but even if you're not a sport person you can learn lots of things. I like the example he make in 47:23 about Liverpool coach, it says a lots about life in general.
Beautiful words from the legend Steve, it my first time being exposed to this side of him... I liked the most his ending massage... Thank you, If you could track down me Sabelo Ngema the SA surfer, I am in Durban because I think we share a couple of ideas with Steve... Thank you once again.
This man never wins titles as a coach. It pains me to hear people refer to him as Former Kaizer Chiefs Coach. It hurts. Steve was never gonna be good enough for Chiefs.
Thank God he touched Moses Mabhida incident, I was in the entrance with Robert Marawa and he was wearing Blue suit, Robert knew what going to happen because one of our supporters told him but he didn't send that intelligence to right people ( SAPS). I've got photos of him.
Halla Rob Madluphuthu, bra Steve ngu Jola Nam ndingu Jola, I'm happy to see him sitting there special with you I'm listen with interest, thank you Rob!
In simple terms SK is saying at Chiefs he lacked that element of luck and I do agree with him fully , I still remember how Nathan Paulse tripped himself to get that penalty in MTN 8 final against Mathoho, how we missed those 2 penalties against Sundowns. And the lack of luck didn’t stop with him cos even today I still cnt explain how we missed so many chances against TS Galaxy and they get their only chance in 92nd which result in a penalty which was converted , even this season we were going well up until now towards the end we even lost to Amazulu at home a team with no coach that hasn’t beaten us in over 12yrs , key playa Maluleke signing precontract with our direct rival for the lig that is enough to kill off moral of the team completely and Sundowns was going to win this lig, what I’m trying to say is since SK left nothing has changed the dark cloud is still hanging over Naturena.
I just wish bra Stive would coach a team where there will be no interferences from the management but yet had the resources to get any players he wants I think as a coach he can be successful and win the trophies that every coach is judged based on
Great interview again Rob! Thanks Madluphuthu for all your hard work. Words are not enough to thank you! Thanks as well to Professor Steve. You have a lot of wisdom sir. Keep sharing it with those who are able to listen. Keep working hard and the trophies will come one day. Bra J was like you for a long time. Coaching well but no cups. In the end they came.
