As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

Rahul ji , well presented and deep info appreciated on IRFC ltd, no other youtuber has gone so deep. I think 0.4 pc spread is low unless volumes pick up soon. IRFC is like a value bond not a growth stock. IEX IS finished for now, rattanindia enterprises can be a dark horse but drone biz is too competitive.
If someone missed the opportunity with IRFC, IEX is going to become another IRFC. Don’t miss the opportunity

What prevents Indian railways from directly raising the funds themselves? Apparently, irfc is an arrangement designed for an old era when government departments were not allowed to tap financial markets. Today the whole scenario has changed.
If this happens, irfc looses it's one single customer!

Great analysis on the 3 stocks.. one thing I would like to share that in RattanIndia Limited you shared that they have 2000cr of other income.. but you seem to have missed the point that they also have a similar loss under the head Other Expenses.. clearly indicated in the same note (Note4) making the net margins, more or less the same as what they are right now.. Overall great analysis!!

I bought IRFC as PE was less than 5, net profit was growing since last 8 quarters, it had IT exemption, no bad debts , huge capital expenditure to be made in railways, hence it had to be a multibagger. Advised friends also to buy at 20 to 30 levels.
Rahul what's the Purpose of talking about these shares when u yourself clearly say that these shares are not worth to buy in present scenario . Believe me the info you are sharing is gud but you are confusing us ....start giving some strong indication to buy multi bagger or any other share . Dont just keep everything for who ever joins your channel ...and I Admire your Research

Rahul ji.. i dont understand if you have actually gone through the video what you have uploaded.. you do tell the stock is good and give some facts but again take a back step in telling it confidently if one has to take a call on it... there are hell lot of people who does the same thing on you tube.. i tell to everyone out there who does create such content to please go ahead and say it boldly to put or call on a particular stock.. there is no harm in suggesting in that way.. if the company is good and it performs well sooner or later one will get back his returns no matter it may occur as per you suggestion or not.. so being bold enough is much better in rather setting up ambiguity stage... what do you say 🤔
