I felt so bad when the staff kept ushering you away from the members,, did you find it slightly bothersome because it seemed like the conversation(s) flew by?

It was my first time meeting them as well so introducing myself already took up some time (plus I’m not korean so I speak slower..) and during that short minute was also when they have to sign the album so the conversation that follows after are really short or have to be cut short because time is already up before you know it >_

Honestly it feels like a dream now :’) this was the album fansign so basically you buy albums from a specific shop for this particular fansign (details released on Twitter/fancafe) and each album bought is once your name goes into the “pool” which they draw the winners from. I made friends with a tomoon and we recorded for each other since I have a camera! ^^ I hope the situation everywhere gets better and we can all see them! 🥺

The tomoon friend I made also got in so we took for each other again :)) and that is all I have~ I really wanna watch oneus perform irl too..the 2 times I (thankfully) got the chance to meet them they didn’t perform like other fansigns…

I hope to see them again irl soon T^T I was there for summer school back in 2019 so I'm not in Korea right now~ Ooooh!!!! I'm so excited for you :D Well they did release information via makestar oneus theatre event that they will be coming back later this year with a possibility of having a concert too (on/offline depending on the situation in korea) so if you are going later this year there's a chance :)) and tbh with the frequency of their activities, as long as the situation is safe I think you have a chance to overlap with something when you are there! ^^
Ramelyn Vigonte nope, they don’t allow photos with members at fansigns! The most one can get is probably what I have here and if you bare to turn around to look at the camera, maybe a photo with the member? 😂 but most people rather use that limited amount of time we have to interact with them instead (or for some fansites, to take photos in poses they ask them to)
So were you able to speak to them in Korean then? If it's not your native language? Do you know which other members speak decently in english? I know hwanwoong does but he gets nervous. They all speak a little here and there but they usually stick to Korean so I wonder if they know more then what they let on? Lol I saw you mentioned that your friend spoke to them in english?
October Mochi I started learning Korean since 2015 so I’m decently proficient in the language! So I spoke to them in Korean and I’m not too sure what their proficiency in English is actually haha and my friend spoke to them in English yes but iirc she didn’t say anything too complicated to understand
@@randomcheryl Wow! Hey, that's still pretty expressive! I grew up supposedly knowing spanish and if you threw me into Mexico I'd be totally lost... I speak Spanglish... I grew up with spanish but even then they used a lot of english too. Lol but to learn a language in that quickly is very cool. I've been try to learn ASL(American Sign Language) for a few years and it's been fairly difficult. Learning languages is hard.... IDK how people do it.
October Mochi Thank you!! Haha it’s difficult indeed! But I think it also takes a lot of interest in the language and maybe even the culture to be able to pick up a language faster. I took French like 10 years ago but I dropped it after a year because it just wasn’t for me 😂 But Korean came quite naturally! Probably also because I watch a lot of Korean variety/dramas as well, on top of all the kpop related content :)) I think sign language is a whole new world though!!! Definitely not something easy to casually pick up and be fluent..all the best for you though!! 💪🏻💪🏻 It’s something really impressive to learn imo :D

It was my first time meeting him so I think both of us were just shy in general (plus I was so nervous) but I could see that he was more talkative with other fans (who very obviously attend many fansigns of theirs)! And yes his voice was so deep and low I honestly had some trouble listening clearly HAHA
