I respectfully disagree with the idea that God had explained evil and about satan. Otherwise why would Gen. 3:5, satan speaking, You will be like God knowing good and evil. If God would have already explained it wouldn't she have been on guard against that temptation?

It required actions/deeds for man to "became a living been", man therfore must consist of clay, breath and actions. Only the deeds/actions are cast into the lake of fire after judgement because the lake of fire was prepared for the Devil and his angels, not humans! The Bible does not say that the flesh and breath are raised to face the judgement, apparently only the deeds/actions!

Pastor Derik, I believe God made Adam from the dust of the ground because he was to rule over the beast of the field, the trees and flowers even the garden, and you asked why would God form Adam from the ground and not Eve? I had insight given after you asked and believe that in the earth there is strength. The earth yields many things. Could it be that God wanted Adam to have unity with the earth and more strength than a woman(as the Bible later speaks of) because he was created from that dust?
Wow! That is an amazing question and idea, Melanie! You have been listening carefully with our studies and we believe you have learn a lot of things on it. The answer to your question is yes. But only God knows what is best for His creation the He created.

SATURDAY & SABBATH EXPLAINED FOR BELIEVERS
Many believers just do not understand the difference between Saturday and the biblical sabbath. They think that Saturday is the 7th day sabbath because it is the 7th day of the week in the calendar. They think God (Elohim in Hebrew) set the Sunday to Saturday week at creation and it has never changed.
But Elohim did NOT set a continuously repeating Sunday to Saturday week; Roman Catholic Pope Gregory XIII did.
Genesis 1:14 says that Elohim created the lights in the sky as signs for days, years and His seasons (moedim), appointed times, sacred feasts. Psalm 89:37.
Elohim INSTRUCTED Moses about His calendar and holy days after the Israelites went out of Egypt:
Exodus 12:1 The Lord said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt, 2 “This month is to be for you the first month, the first month of your year. 3 Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month each man is to take a lamb for his family, one for each household. ... 6 Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the members of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight. ... 11 ... Eat it in haste; it is the Lord’s Passover.
Nehemiah 8:18, Leviticus 23:5, 23:39.
In 1582, about 4,500 after the creation, the pope decreed the calendar that we are now using. Daniel 7:25 ... he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to CHANGE times and laws....

Note that Sunday to Saturday week is NEVER mentioned in the bible. Instead, you will find that the biblical calendar has 29-30 days, based on the appearance of the new moon.
Anyway, some people think that we can just roll back the Roman Catholic weekly cycle and see Saturday HIT the 7th day of creation and the sabbath that came before the first day of the week in Matthew 28:1, Luke 23:56, 24:1.
But we CANNOT roll back the Sunday through Saturday cycle to creation because in the biblical calendar the week does NOT repeat continuously month to month but is INTERRUPTED on the 29th or 30th when the thin moon crescent appears in the west at sunset, then a new count of new moon day and weekdays begins.
This and the next reason show that it's IMPOSSIBLE to synchronize our Roman Catholic calendar with the biblical calendar.
Each biblical month starts with 1st day new moon (a HOLY NON-WORKING DAY). The non-working holy new moon day 1st day of the month is followed by 6 working days, so that sabbath falls on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th day of the month, on half-moons and full moon.
Exodus 12:1-3, 20:8, Numbers 28:11-15.
Blow the trumpet on the new moon and on the full moon, on our sacred feast. Psalm 81:3
From one new moon to another, from one sabbath to another, all flesh shall come to worship before Me.... Isaiah 66:23
Nehemiah 8:18, Leviticus 23:39
Leviticus 14:23, 15:14, 15:29, Numbers 6:10, 10:10; 1Chronicles 23:31;2Chronicles 2:4; 8:13; 31:3; Ezra 3:5; Ezekiel 46:1, 3, 6; Colossians 2:16, Acts 18:21; 27:9; 1Corinthians 5:7-8.
When a new moon is sighted in the west after sunset on the 29th a new month begins. If not, it is taken that there's a 30th day, and after that the new month month begins.
Note that biblical new moon, the first thin moon crescent sighted in the west, occurs 2 days after the Roman Catholic New Moon or no moon.
1Samuel 20:5 in which Jonathan says to David "Tomorrow is the New Moon (Hodesh)".

What is a Biblical New Moon? - Yahweh's Restoration Ministry
Deut. 16:1, Num.28:11-15, Ezekiel 46:1,3,6.
SO WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FORCE SATURDAY AS THE 7TH DAY SABBATH OF CREATION?
So that the answer will be clear to you, draw a 2-month biblical calendar of 29 or 30 days and mark the 6 creation days + 1 sabbath day week so that SABBATH falls on SATURDAY. After 29 or 30 days, the next new moon appears, then 6 working days follow, and you will find that the Saturday sabbath has now become Sunday or Monday!
Or start with Exodus 12:2 and draw a 2-month biblical calendar with 29 or 30 days on the months. Mark the first day as new moon, and you will observe that passover is on the 14th day and sabbath is on the 15th day, as the bible says. So mark the 8th and 15th days as Saturday. By the next month you will note that the Saturday sabbath has already moved on to Sunday or Monday!
So, now, it is clear that you cannot fix sabbath to Saturday, or to any Roman Catholic weekday for that matter.
If anyone claims that the first day of the week resurrection in Matthew 28:1, Luke 23:56, 24:1 proves that the sabbath before it is Saturday, then he has to remember that the Jews then were still using biblical calendar, in which case we have already seen that sabbath CANNOT be fixed to Saturday.
If anyone claims that Matthew and Luke used the Roman calendar and that the first day of the week was Sunday and the previous day was Saturday, then he will have to consider that at that time the Roman calendar had an 8-day week, so
if Saturday was the sabbath day before the first day, then Saturday was an 8th day and not the 7th day sabbath commanded by Elohim, or
if Saturday was the 7th day, then it was not the sabbath that came before the first day.
With either biblical or Roman calendar you just can not fix sabbath to Saturday.
THE BIBLE TALKS OF SABBATH IN RELATION TO THE NEW MOON
Blow the trumpet on the new moon and on the full moon, on our sacred feast. Psalm 81:3
From one new moon to another, from one sabbath to another, all flesh shall come to worship before Me.... Isaiah 66:23
Ezekiel 46:3.
SO, WHEN IS THE TRUE SABBATH?
In the biblical calendar sabbath falls on half moons and full moon, and plus 7 days after the 2nd half moon.
Psalm 81:3
Isaiah 66:23
When a wise child sees the half moon or full moon in the sky he can say to his mom, "Look, mom, tomorrow is sabbath!"
