Hi there, long time PFE user here. I’m gonna correct you, the survivalist specialist is not only used for the 10% PFE, it is also used for the incendiary grenade for CCing spawns and the bow itself takes the armor off dogs and tanks, they melt like butter. Also status effected targets take 10% more damage from group making scorpio BIS for damage, survivability.
Just broke LvL 500 & got my Ninja backpack. Haven't played in LONG time.
Yo Kamikazevondoom... My guy, this build is sweet. Had all the pcs minus correct attributes. But was able to survive in open world on Heroic. Ran your Juggernaut build at Challenge in open world and could use it in Summit at Heroic as well. Thanks for sharing. Make game playing so much more fun. Keep it coming..
I have not tried any builds yet. I'm new only have a few greens and 1 exotic gun by luck. And I don't have the dlc for New York yet. So far so good right. Started playing the game cus of you brotha thx for the tips
I swear you sound a lot like my friend Wolf. As always good stuff and ty for the vid. Also wanted to add that you can get your turret down from those partitions(24:25ish)... just run into them a couple of times, like you're taking cover,,, usually works for me.

It would be great if you got the trophies on kill and didn't have to run around and pick them up. I know you got some pool so maybe you can put in a word with the devs.... Also I forgot to mention I use demolition specialist because on legendary there's a lot of explosions and the demolition specialist ignores those once every minute I think. Don't quote me on that time though but it helps a lot.

I also use this exact build almost but with foundry bulwark 4 piece. Works wonders. A lot of people say only use three not four but try it out. Trust me.

So, if you don’t have the Momento how what gear set would you use to optimize Armor on kill/Armor regen?
Just farm the memento. Do count down and exchange till you get it
I run an all red Belstone piece with crit chc and crit dmg. Along with ninja, the one piece gives you armor regen and armor on kill.
Still looking for 13% protection from elites mod.
Would a hunter-killer work just as well? 🤔

I got a warning popup that they were going to issue 14 day bans for people slowing down the game for using exploits. What's up with that? Thought they'd been patched out.
What backpack skin is that?
Any info on where one can get a chill out mask? I watched a video from January that said the loot goblin can drop it but that doesn't appear to be the case anymore.
Seasonal item, drops near the end of November to January, after that you have to wait till next year. Keep in mind it's only useful for applying double mods, that being protection from elites, %12 haste, cause regular haste on gear only goes to %10, headshot too.
@@readmyusernamecauseitssoreally The double mods is what I want it for. Maybe this video should have come out closer to December rather than now. it's somewhat useless since no one can get a chill out mask right now.

I wish there was a way I could donate some of my exotic items and other items that I have that players struggle to get I've become lucky in the game I'm not as good as you are or well informed but I've always seen to run into exotics somehow and it's always by surprise in the enemy by brute force they usually drop and exotic item in New York behind the boat house where the hyena or riker's box is that area when there's nothing going on back there I will spawn at the boathouse and keep checking until I get on my mini map that there are red or enemies and then I will go back there and blow them to Kingdom come and maybe it's just a glitch I haven't tried it lately but I'd say six times out of 10 when I do that one of them dropping exotic piece of armor or gun usually the lady death or knee pads or sometimes a holster but other than that I wish I could donate the guns because they really do me no good online or maxed out and then my stash I have like three or four of a lot of the exotic equipment I have like three or four pairs of these knee pads the sniper rifle the Nemesis I have three or four of those I somehow got also the MP5 looking gun with the bleeding I don't remember it has like brass knuckle handles I think maybe that's the lady death but I'm talking about the MP5 exotic I have a bunch of those I have three or four lullabies three or four sweet dreams two of the AK style guns that have the pool trigger and release trigger fire one suppressed one not I wish I could give this stuff away I can't use all of it and they're all maxed out I made sure to max them out if there's a way I can donate them to someone let me know and I'd be happy to

@@reb5824 I believe so but I don't know exactly how I was playing with a buddy before he got offline and anybody really taught me anything about the game he helped me get my gear that I couldn't get because he was a higher level and he could pick it up and drop it right away but I think you have to be in the game with them and that has to be a certain amount of time I think it's like the first minute or so that you get it you can drop it to another player in your party but I'm not sure I know there's definitely a way of giving people stuff because he did it for me but I'm pretty sure he said it had to be boxes or crates he just opened that it couldn't be anything out of his inventory I'll be off for a few weeks but I'll come back here when I figure out exactly how it's spelled and shoot you my gamertag and I don't play in the dark so now I play regular doing the AI Free Roam if I had a team I knew a bit more about the armor systems like I have been watching these videos learning I pretty much came into the game blind didn't understand why all this getting pounded all the time and didn't realize that certain areas were certain levels or maybe that was the first one I gave up on that one and gave the vision to a second chance after about a week of playing it if I gave up for a few months then my buddy got it he played it with me for about a month and help me rank up to 40 now I have ridiculous time played and I don't know my rank but all my shd or whatever they are where you can fill out for health and skills and so on or pick metals or e-credits for a prize for however many points you have you can put in the little bar graph and then hit a to confirm it after you hit the right on the d-pad Lobster exactly what that's called but that's all the way filled and I'm almost around the circle another time my rank is pretty stupid High I can do most invasions or story missions on the one below of a complete hardest by myself 90% of the time I'm sure most players can but I'm proud of that since I'd learned a lot in the past three or four months to help me rank up
@@reb5824 when I get back around my Xbox and can get my exact spelling of my gamertag it has a bunch of x's it was given to me I'll give it to you maybe we can link up and I can throw you some high-end gear I always get high-end loot crate's that I either donate or breakdown or cell mulatto complete kits and a lot of the green companies I don't use anything purple

@@jpmorgansnose that’s the point of making a build right? To be as strong as possible. But it makes sense that there’s a hard cap, otherwise 100% would make you invincible lol

It's only available during season events, winter usually. It's not in the normal loot pool. I'm not sure if the named item caches have it though.
Hey Kamikaze if I use this build in PVP or DZ will there be any effect against the enemies or doesn't it make sense?
You wouldn’t use the PFE mods in DZ it’s useless against players

Did anyone notice eclipse with Vile doesn’t work properly…..the buffs shows but they worked with crazy delay..😒 unless it’s just my server😂lags

This is straight up garbage if you wanna do PFE tbh. You should go Matador and Badger Tuff with Intimidate. Picaro's is so fucking useless in this case.

I have a Scorpio build that melts enemy's in PVE and I don't even need the NinjaBike BP for it. Actually the NinjaBike would make it worse as I need the Talent on the BP. The biggest downside to the NinjaBike is it's lack of an the extra Offensive talent that strengthens Status effects.
