I was just given the IFS book by my therapist, starting to make peace and give attention to all the parts that my rejector-self shut out. Unfortunately there are a couple people currently that do not want to be helped by someone my age, as they are elders and quite the stubborn ones 😉 I'm saddened that they will not be open to what I'm teaching right now but there are others who are here to listen. My path is to be authentic and share my wisdom, and if anyone chooses to follow, I am more joyful for it. If they choose not, that is okay, they may just not be ready, whether ego and pride or their pace on their own journey, and that is perfectly okay.

Lately I've been wondering why people don't hear me when I speak kindly. I asked spirit for answers for days and nothing. I finally asked a spiritual friend of mine that pointed out there's blood in the water ; and sharks can smell it around you. It's because you felt small at one point. And then. @SpiritFox018 Astral projection is an out of body experience. I didnt hear anything because I used an audio to get there and it definitely got me there. I didnt turn around to see myself sitting there because I didn't know I could do that. Lol I'll definitely do that next time.
