I never thought she would sing One Moment In Time again. That song is so stressful and so difficult, i dont think even Whitney sang the horribly difficult climax live the same way she did in the studio. Every time Mori hit those high notes, i was flinching, hoping she wouldnt crack and damage her voice. I remember she sang this song in May of 2018 and then did her huge concert in June and then only a couple months later, her chords were damaged.
But Mori nailed it of course, she is the spiritual successor to Whitney. When Whitney passed i never thought i would hear this amazing song sung live. And then Mori came into my life and she just owned it, now the same way she did in 2018.
Thats true.. many reactors said that mori can be compared to whitney, other said with mariah.. but looking through her performances, she is a mix of both.. but still she is herself..
