- I present my next Project: FNAF 2 Song The Living Tombstone - It's Been So Long (Rock/Metal Cover)

Listened to the original and a bunch of remixes of this song back in 2016, so I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to make something rock/metal-ish sounding for the FNAF movie coming out soon. And since I like a lot of Living Tombstone songs, made since to follow the flow and make more guitar stuff.
Feels a bit somber at times as the energy of the song shifts from cinematic stuff to more heavy guitars and what not. It's an odd feeling, but I like it and I hope others do as well.

Thank you! I think when it comes to making bangers it comes down to getting a feel for what you are good at and after awhile you find whatever genre/niche/production style suits you and double down on it until you get better. Just takes time and patience.

Not bad man/girl (unsure of your gender sorry if I misgendered ya TwT), not bad, thumbs up for more or less sticking to actual song and not making it vaguely sound like the song, while making it sound vaguely like the original piece of music can be good or nice, I much prefer remixes to sound like the song would if the actual creator of the song made it in that kind of an remix ya know? not sure if Im just rambling, but keep up the great work and hope you have a good day my good sir.
I'm a guy, but don't worry about misgendering since I'm not really bothered by it. And thanks for letting me know the thoughts on the song. I think you like covers more than remixes since covers stick more to the original song, whereas remixes can sometimes go off the rails. Imo, I think a good remix has a fair balance of the original with adding something new to the mix to add your own style to it. It's a tricky thing to get covers and remixes right, but I'm glad you still enjoy them all the same and hope you have a good day as well.
@@FrostFM Oh I can enjoy a good remix if done good/right, it's just that if it goes off the rails too much then is it really a remix of the original song at that point and just an entirely new song based off the original no?
