Knife Making: The Woodsman Knife | Start to Finish
Embed
- Published on Apr 15, 2026
- Watch as I make a handcrafted knife and leather sheath from start to finish. Made of 1095 carbon steel the blade is 4" in length and 8.5" overall. I call this knife the "Woodsman Knife" for its straight spine tip with plenty of belly to do meal prep, bushcraft, and other cutting tasks in the wilderness. Rustic and classic. Made in my humble workshop in El Paso, TX, where I make one knife at a time and each has its own character.
