Give him some respect hes lucky to even be alive he almost didn't make it hes a blessing at least we can see him and remember all the great hit songs he did look back wen bon Jovi tried make a come back he was the same way there legends keep doing it lou gram God bless you ill come to your shows urgently 😊❤
Mad Respect for this man. Lou was the voice in my Walkman singing about a Jukebox Hero. He is up there still singing his heart out and his band is gelling so well. Congrats Lou on overcoming your health issues and still doing what you were born to do. Thanks for the songs and the melodic memories
Lou Gramm was & is one of the Greatest Singers Ever. Front Man for Foreigner and a great one 👍 he made Foreigner with his lead voice what it is today although Mick has a diffrent band now
Thank you immensely for posting this. It’s great to see Lou still performing this song in late 2024. Much appreciated that you made the effort to share this.
Leave him alone!! He had a brain tumor and the surgery damaged his pituitary gland..which affected his singing voice!! He has come a long way since then and he’s getting old..I want to see all of you trolls do better at his age and with his health issues!! Shame on you all! Bless you Lou!! You sound amazing and we love you!! 🌟 ⭐️ ❤❤❤
For those saying he should hang it up. Understand that is not your place to say. Its up to him. He still delights audiences just being him. Sure some notes aren't being hit, ok. I don't mind. Singing gives him purpose. And we connect to him and our nostalgic youth by listening. Why is it that as whole we clap and encourage those performing karaoke in a pub/bar but we ALL cannot encourage and give love to a celebrity who has given us so much over the years. Those who write with a silver tongue need some self reflection and understanding of karma too.
I like this performance for the nostalgia and memories it brings, the 80’s were absolutely fantastic. This song was played everywhere all the time yet never got old. I like this performance because of the memories, but I can see why people who are just discovering this aren’t very impressed.
First concert I went to see was Foreigner 1981 I was 16 .They exploded a jukebox on stage.Anyway I thought Lou hated this song bc it was more pop than rock..Darn I’m 59 now but live long and be well Lou.🎤
Not bad for 74, these rockers usually start losing their edge in their 50s. I saw Foreigner on the Agent Provocative tour in 1985 at the Olympic arena in Lake Placid NY. The very same arena that The Miracle On Ice happened, when the U S. Beat the Russians at the 1980 world Olympics. It was an amazing show, the whole band was spot on, Gramm couldn't have sounded better, and they had the full choir behind the band during this one song. I always wondered how they pulled that off. Did they have a whole choir tour with Foreigner just for this one song? Or were they using say reginal choirs from what ever area they were coming to. The choir that i saw looked like a full on southern baptist choir, compleat with robes and dancing in place.
I'm glad I got to see him back in the day. I also saw him when he came out during a Foreigner show at Jones beach many years ago. Great song but Lou needs to hang it up. He can't do it anymore.
Lou did sing with Kelly Clarkson duet “ I Want To Know What Love Is” at the end. She unfortunately ended up singing more of it. I’m guessing that was preplanned that way by the rock hall. The other two songs played were just tribute performances. So I honestly don’t know what going on anymore with this Rock Hall Of Fame stuff. Lou was there that night along with some of the original guys. I know one or two have passes on since. But, I’m sure Lou and the guys would have liked to do the set. Or if any of the original guys didnt want to do it Lou has his solo band. Worst came to worst they would have filled in knowing this ahead of time. Why they wouldn’t use original members if they could for the whole set I don’t know why. Just like Ozzy didn’t sing his three song set either. It was a tribute performance as well.
@@simonajugarih3620 Its interesting that he seems to struggle a bit with the lower and slower notes, but can belt out the higher notes with no issues. I still prefer him in any capacity over the other singer.
I will give him the respect he deserves when he was with Foreigner, however, when he constantly puts down the current singer Kelly Hansen as mocking his voice with the current Foreigner, that tells me that he is in denial and frustrated that he has lost his singing voice. Lou Gramm was a great singer but not anymore. Kelly Hansen is a great replacement for Foreigner and has been there for 20+ years now and his time will also be over soon. There is no need for Lou to be bitter. The band had to continue.
You know I love those groups Foreigner Journey all the stuff back on go up on that music I was a teenager maybe you want to learn to play guitar and I did but you know somebody needs to be honest with these guys and let them know that they need to quit playing live new Graham was an amazing singer but he can't do it anymore it's sad the somebody needs to be honest with this man and tell him the truth does it mean you can't enjoy music and make music but do it at home is home studio just for fun with his friends they just ruined what was so good when they continue to do this I'm sexy so he's got to be in a 70s why can't people ever know when I know it's enough

Lou se agradece el esfuerzo , pero ya está !!!
Lou looks a lot like actor Richard Harris, but Lou sings A LOT better! 🙂
When a singer keeps pointing the microphone at the audience prompting them to sing you know that the end is near.
Powerful in his day no doubt
You poor lonely person
Weird how he looks like Joe Walsh now.
Lou Gramm for President. Awesome, dude.
No way they lie!
Why isn't he with Foreigner any longer?
because he cant sing.
I was at this show! Really enjoyed being taken back to the good old days of my youth!
I'm glad I got to see him back in the day. I also saw him when he came out during a Foreigner show at Jones beach many years ago. Great song but Lou needs to hang it up. He can't do it anymore.
Why didn't he sing at the RRHOF?
He did with kelly clarkson, very brief though
He did.

@@jefffaust89 Weak. They could've had the remaining members perform, certainly Lou for all songs. That tribute was a joke, same as Ozzy, imo.
Looks like he’s playing pocket snooker 🤣🤣
Oh my god Lou. You can't sing anymore. So sad.
Ouch..!
I appreciate the effort Lou but you have to hang it up.
Why? He sounds so good... sings the song the way it is supposed to be sung,....
Thanks for letting everybody know. We appreciate you!💩

Well, he is a tenor after all so perhaps it makes sense....@@bbtrainerfish7124
Lou's voice hasn't sounded this good for many years. Truly a professional and a gift to still have him performing.
These old rockers get like grandpa after a while, they just keep rambling on!!!
I will give him the respect he deserves when he was with Foreigner, however, when he constantly puts down the current singer Kelly Hansen as mocking his voice with the current Foreigner, that tells me that he is in denial and frustrated that he has lost his singing voice. Rough
Painful
Sorry Lou. Terrible.
Ouch!
Lou looks ancient.
Time to sit in a rocking chair.
How embarrassing....
Jesus you can't bring back the passed. Your singing is over. Time to retire you are ruining your legacy.
Love you Lou!!! Been listening to you since I was 13!!! I’m 26 now :)

He sings poignantly "I want to know what love is... i want you to show me" - let's show him love!
